Comfortable hotel and not rowdy good pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast . Easy access to train station and the Ovo Hydro. Hotel was busy but check in was quick and again staff were good also explained about the hotel and area. Check out again good and staff asked if everything went ok or if we had any problems

Room looked onto an empty multi storey car park with scaffolding. Only 1 pillow per bed and I know I could have asked for another but better to have them already there. Poor choices for evening meal. Bar staff poured a half pint lager into a pint tumbler for my wife. Had to point this was not acceptable

The staff were super friendly and professional. The room was clean and modern with everything we needed. An excellent range of breakfast items from traditional bacon and eggs, cereals, pastries and pancakes to continental meats, cheeses and fruit. The location was 5 minutes away from the SEC so ideally placed for the Tutenkhamun immersive experience.

The hotel is uncomfortably close to a multi storey car park so our window looked onto the third level of the car park which felt a bit claustrophobic. The car park was closed but if open drivers and passengers could see right in unless curtains were kept closed.

Really nice hotel in a perfect 5 mins away location near the Hydro. Very easy transport links to trains and buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially bar staff Connor who went above and beyond and organised extra pillows for me when his colleagues were busy and a lovely cleaning lady on my floor (1st floor), an older, Scottish, blonde lady, unfortunately I didn't get her name. Really nice bar and facilities for eating and entertainment. Comfortable beds. Our room was serviced and towels changed daily, this was great but I don't mind using the same towel for a few days, so this could save money/environment.

Unfortunately the rooms don't have enough storage facilities. No cupboards or drawers, just 1 suitcase stand, and 3 hooks and a few coat hangers on the centre hook. There is plenty of space in the room for a small alcove to include a small hanging rail and a few shelves. If there are 2 people with 2 suitcases there is only room for one suitcase which you end up living out of. I prefer to hang my clothes up and put others on shelves. Also no shelves/bedside tables, just a tiny glass shelf. It looks good but isn't practical. Also only 1 pillow supplied so have to ask for more. Should have at least 2 pillows as standard. Perhaps a few hooks on the back of the bathroom door for towels would be a good suggestion too, as there is only 1 small towel rail in the bathroom.

I liked everything about the hotel it was very relaxed,nothing was a trouble to the staff, they were all lovely The room was absolutely spotless with everything you need except an iron, but every floor has an iron room so you can actually iron yr clothes Location was excellent for the hydro and not far from the train station and there’s car parks close by

My only niggle was I had a twin room and one of the beds was very uncomfortable, and I kept waking up because of it and half way through the night I had to get in the other bed which was absolutely fine and I didn’t want to get up in the morning

The location was perfect (for a gig at the arena) it's only a short walk from a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants and a nice park for a spring walk.. The room was really lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and the bar area was really nice and relaxing 😌 The hotel was very calm and quiet too despite all the shows happening at the weekend so our sleep wasn't disturbed at all, in fact we didn't hear any other guests while we were in our room ☺️

We weren't keen on the beds... They were just a bit too firm for us and the pillow seems to slide from under your head. A socket closer to the mirror would be better too, for hair styling and a bit more light around the full length mirror.. But this is me being a bit fussy!

Everything was great including the proximity of the offsite public parking to the hotel. The staff were outstanding, the food was great in the evening and the breakfast offer was perfect. Really nice rooms. The vibe in the hotel public areas is different and made a very pleasant change, and I'd happily stay at a Moxy again for that reason.

Having to pay for parking. I do feel that corporately owned hotels can do more to negotiate better discounted deals for their guests with local operators - it's the only thing that would put me off staying here again IF there was a comparably priced hotel with similar facilities AND free parking included as opposed the allegedly discounted £12 I had to pay for my overnight parking rate.

The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel and bar area. The games in the bar. Pizzas were amazing. Bed was super comfy. The location and parking being half price. Overall value for money. Good breakfast with great choice. All the musical references in the decor. The Muk products.

Bedding had a nail varnish stain on it. Curtains had weird light coloured stains, weird as felt clean but stains were unsettling. Didn't notice until after event we were attending so didn't raise it with staff. The complimentary drink was really vile, I would never usually complain about something free, but it was awful.

there was stuff for the kids to do they loved it and loved sitting having a wee drink while they played with stuff use had set up not sure if it was just cause disney on ice was on or all the time but it was great as we went to disney on ice next morning handy being right next to the place. parking was a nightmare that was the worst part about the trip and long cues in the roads

everything was great. breakfast was great pancake machine was broken for a wee bit but kids loved them when it got sorted. the bed where comfy for one night was a few marks on the sheets but part from that it was k staff where very friendly and lovely and place was great

We stayed at the moxy ,as we were going to disney on ice , on arrival to the hotel , there was a play area for the kids ,as Disney was on in the ovo , fair to say my grandchildren loved the play area . We went up to our room , wow loved it , we had a family room , was like 2 separate rooms , perfect for us . When we came downstairs to head to the ovo ,we were greeted with mini mouse , my grandaughter ,& grandson, were delighted , well done moxy , as understand this was laid on with Disney and ice being in Glasgow , we had the best stay , and we had 2 very very happy kids , Staff were all amazing 👏

From booking, I felt like I had made the right decision with Moxy. The communication was great, with fast response to any message. When I called and made a small request for my stay it was completed and exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to the hotel for their hospitality. From check in to the staff behind the bar. We were on floor 8,with great view of the city. With it being New Year, this was an added bonus for the fireworks also. The room had everything you needed. Anything I needed (wine cooler) I asked for and the staff went above and beyond for me. This was my first time at the hotel and most certainly will be back.

The room was quite hot, the air con wouldn't turn down. Would have been good If we could open the window. Small issue and didn't impact the stay.
