Amazing hotel! We only stayed one night for a concert but it left a great impression on us. Beds were comfy and clean, and the room was spacious and clean. Great location! We were only around the corner from food and not far from the hydro. The staff are so nice! Joe at reception was amazing and made us feel so welcome.

The Tv was glitchy. I think there was a connection problem and because we were right at the front of the hotel, we had drunks pass us in the street a few times in the night making noise. Apart from that the hotel was great!

Staff member Joe could not fault he was wonderful,friendly and helpful, very welcoming, great location minus the parking ticket due to road markings being invisible, tea, coffee, hot chocolate sachets were great and some biscuits. Good temperature within the room, room looked cleaned to a good standard.

There was no showering products (never stayed anywhere that did not provide this), the toilet was horrifically noisy when turning on the lighy or flushing, wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have a toddler and baby in the room. Paid for triple room ( double and single) infact got 3 singles with two pushed together which was a little uncomfortable. Upon stripping the beds as I usually do the pillows and quilt were extremely stained orange which for just shy of £90 i was left feeling a little gross.

Warm welcome in here. Stay was more or less somewhere to put my head down for the night. A cosy single room here at a fair price is spot on. Cosy bed, warm room, great location too. Sorted. Recommended.

Only minor thing would be a plug point closer to the bed (unless I missed it), but not having it gives you a break from having your daft phone in your face.

Staff and service are great. Liz at the front desk gave us lots of helpful advice on sights in the city. From check-in to breakfast to check-out, support was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable if compact. Breakfasts are good with full hot breakfast included in price of room, vegetarian option available. Dining room is sunny and pleasant. Location is excellent, away from hustle-bustle of downtown and within walking distance of the excellent Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Hunterian museum which includes the Mackintosh House (beautifully recreated home of designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his wife Margaret Macdonald), university campus, Glasgow botanic gardens, Clyde river, and science museum. Immediate neighborhood is pleasant and safe-feeling with a variety of restaurants.

Facilities and furniture show signs of aging, including occasional plumbing odor in the hallway at the basement level where our room was. Cheapest rooms below street level are a bit dark with limited view. Room a bit small for 2 people.

I booked this hotel to attend a concert at OVO. The hotel is ia block away from the main street so it was nice to go out and have access to a variety of shops, cafes, etc. Also, we were able to walk to the concert and the private parking they recommended was really close and great. The best thing was the welcoming by Liz, she was amazing :) loved our stay with you guys.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing that we would have preferred was for the bathroom to be a bit bigger as we were 3 people trying to get ready :)

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is great for town and there's a bus to the airport that stops opposite the hotel. Nice modern bathroom with great shower.

The radiator in our room was a bit temperamental but the staff said they would see about it so I'm sure it'll be fixed for the next guest. No fridge in the room. I like to buy cheddar and haggis in Scotland and there was nowhere to put it.

The room was quite spacious and perfectly encapsulated our needs. We enjoyed the location, it was in a great area of the city and made walking around to other destinations really easy.

My only issue was quite small, but the toilets are quite loud, and you could also hear if someone else was showering in a separate room due to the noise of the water, but it was tolerable.

Excellent hotel, ideal location, next to the University of Glasgow, bus 77 stop from the airport near the hotel, you can walk to the center, excellent breakfast, clean, warm, there is a kettle in the room, good Wi-Fi, I had a toilet in the corridor, this it was indicated when booking and only I could use it, very nice staff ready to help with any questions, thank you

I really didn’t like the noisy neighbors, this is not a hotel problem, some people just don’t think about other guests at all

This hotel was really well located. The gentleman at reception was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Check-in/check-out was very straightforward and swift. There were 3 of us sharing a room which was very spacious and clean.

Very loud noise whenever water was used in the shower room. The decor could do with being modernised and brightened up. There were no glasses in the bedroom for drinking water.

Initially, I had mentioned that the hotel did not accommodate my family for breakfast, which was disappointing. However, the management promptly reached out to clarify the misunderstanding and graciously offered a complimentary breakfast. I appreciate their quick response and effort to make things right. Thank you for the gesture!
