The staff were outstanding and attentive. The pool was lovely and warm and the food was good. The room was spacious for a baby and two dogs.

The room still had a razor in the shower from previous guests. The shower pipe was grubby with black mould, and the spare bed had a grubby base and dirty behind. It's just needing a bit of a deeper clean. The changing room could do with a better baby changing area (but I'm not sure how you would fit this in as there is not much room. Maybe one of the plastic dished tables at the side of the pool then easier to change them and take to the shower.

Easy to find, on busy roads but felt quite sheltered, enough parking, rooms clean and more spacious than a premier Inn, outstanding swimming facility for a family swim included in room price, excellent buffet breakfast, bit of noise through the floors but not unexpected, beds firm and comfortable, actually hot water for shower or bath, dog friendly, carpets were clean in both the rooms and the corridors, room was comfortable in February without any heating, easy commute to Glasgow

The fire doors between corridors are same colour as walls so abit hard to see

Booked a Disabled Facility Bedroom (Room43) which was spacious but was a fair distance from Reception & Restaurant ( not ideal for really disabled folk ) Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi/Sauna were excellent..... Lovely Big shower (WET ROOM) but had a very noisy drainage system.

Had a Meal in Restaurant, was really looking forward to having items from Hana Dango Menu but was told Hana Dango Menu wasn't AVAILABLE !!!! I was shocked that you are asked to pay for your meal before it is served to you !!!! Now I really was amazed by the noises that came from the Shower Drainage System https://youtu.be/Dl7dTPreerk

Breakfast food was really good and bed really comfortable. Swimming pool was nice too so we really enjoyed our five nights here. Breakfast is all serve yourself but there are many staff available to ask for help.

Although I had asked for ground floor room cos of disability we were given a first floor room which seemed ok with lift. However when we went up the lift and finally reached it, it had two sets of a few stairs and long walk. However we went back to reception and another member of staff quickly found one on the ground floor. We really appreciated this help

Large, light room with big windows and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was excellent and there were plenty of free tables in the dining area even though it was busy. We enjoyed the pool and were happy to have free parking. The staff at reception were all helpful and welcoming.

The suite had an odd layout; there was a strange internal corridor and the sofa was placed where you couldn't see the TV. The bathroom felt neglected, with dirty splashes on walls and door, flaking ceiling paint and empty toiletries. There was just one bathrobe between two guests.

Staff were super helpful and polite. They were so accommodating of our dog who had an injured back and as frequent stayers at the hotel, this was appreciated. Every member of staff we encountered was polite and friendly and this really does make your stay when you e travelled 400 miles and are tired! They did their best for a prompt check in and made allowances for any delay. Just can’t fault them really!

The door to the bathroom stuck but hey, that we could deal with given the perfect location of the room!

The continental breakfast station was poor. There were jars of Nutella, honey and MUSTARD, all with their lids off, in an open drawer. There were no fruit preserves or marmalade. Each jar had a dirty spoon in it and it was all extremely messy and unappetising. Once round the toaster, the bread just came out ‘stale’; twice round the toaster it came out burnt. I found a jar of jam quite by accident on another breakfast station for people with dietary needs.

The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly . The room was spacious and comfortable (even though slightly dated/tired). It was spotlessly clean. Location was a little bit away from the centre of town but we knew that when we booked. Cabs to the centre we're very reasonably priced. There is a bus I believe but we didn't use it. The breakfast was amazing and although we only had one evening meal it was lovely and was also reasonably priced. Had a lovely stay whilst visiting relatives. Good job guys.

The only thing we can think of that surprised us was the room had no small fridge for keeping our water cold. A small thing so no worries.

We were staying at the hotel during the most stressful month of our lives, our house was horribly damaged in a storm and we needed temporary accommodation till we could be relocated. The staff we encountered at reception and at the restaurant bent over backwards to help us and always asked how we were and how things were going with our house. They were constantly offering us anything they could to help and tried to make our horrible days a little better. Biggest shout out to Nicole who got to know us and made us smile on bad days. But honestly all the following staff are a testament to your hotel and went above and beyond. Reception Hope, Eve and Aiden (also a woman that worked nightshift the night of the storm and seen us upset and got us a quiet room) Food & Beverage Nicki, Leila, Tegan, Steph and Gemma. They deserve all recognision for their service because I will recommend this hotel to everyone i can purely because of the staff.

Large room. Efficient ventilation. Comfortable bed. Good shower. An iron and ironing board provided. Access to swimming pool.

Toilet did not have a soft close lid, making it noisy when I forgot. That probably annoyed others. A new radiator had been plumbed in but the wall not reinstated around the pipes, so it looked messy. The room should have been taken out of use until the decorating had been done. The bathroom walls need repainting.
