Clean, comfy beds. No airport noise. Reasonable dining menu. Good bar.

No shuttle to T4 even though it's so close. This was not pointed out on the website. Expensive taxi ride

Finding it! Lots of people have already mentioned that the hotel having the same name as another one inside the airport is totally confusing. When booking I thought I booked the other one. Whichever one ….the information about travelling to it was very inadequate. I got hold of the wrong end of the stick and thought there was free travel bus M30 but not so. Please put on the info that the hotel is near the tube Hatton Cross and that’s the best way to get there. Pretending it is within the airport is not helpful.

Hotel is clean, room clean and comfortable, connections to the terminals are great.

The food in the bar is awful, truly awful and the service is chaotic. I had to send my meal back when it first arrived as it was cold and clear had been sitting for some time. It reappeared less than a minute later after presumably being reheated in the microwave. It was late and I had to eat something before bed, so I tried to eat it, however it was inedible. It was ‘sausage and fennel’ pasta.. the pasta was so overcooked it was practically paste and the sausage and fennel were notably absent, perhaps they had already caught a flight. Wouldn’t recommend eating in the bar.

Very helpful and friendly staff with local knowledge. Easily accessible to/from the airport by the hotel hoppa bus for only £6 per trip. Room service food was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you stay here, you really should get the breakfast; this was one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen, with toast/crumpets, cold meats and cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, bacon/eggs etc,, omelettes made to order, cereals including porridge with all the trimmings, and even a waffle machine.

The tripple can be a little squishy with 3 people, 3 suitcases and 3 carry-on bags but as it's an airport hotel it's usually only one night

The name is totally confusing because when I booked Hilton Garden Hotel Heathrow I thought it was the one next to T2/3. So we got all our bags there only to find we had to go get another taxi to another location 10-15 min away. Very frustrating and we were tired after a 7 hour drive.

We liked the Hillington hotel because they would store a suitcase for us for a couple of weeks. The Hilton Garden Hotel Heathrow that is at T2/3 would not store it even though I booked a night at that one on our return. Very snotty attitude by the staff at this hotel when asking very kindly would they store a small bag.

We didn’t stay long there ,was just an overnight stay as we had a wedding to attend near by. But was very impressed with the breakfast spread. Lots of choices and very good ones. Night staff were very welcome and helpful. Like the fact that that was some games downstairs to play.

Parking facilities for the customers with vehicles, wasn’t very happy to find out that there was a charge of £15 for our stay. Not clear when I booked the room that we were going to have to pay on our arrival. Also, when we came back to the room that night there was a letter inside claiming that we own money for the room which left us thinking about it as we about to go to sleep, we were sure we had paid everything. This was then clarified in the morning as it was just a mistake, the letter wasn’t meant to be for our room. Nevertheless it could be avoided us getting worried

The hotel is great, the only issue is not having clear instructions to get there via public transport. There are two hotels in the area with the same name, even Google maps takes you to the one in Heatrow Terminal 2, but the hotel we stayed is by termanl 4 just outside of the airport. Even when given a printed copy of how to get to the hotel, it is not clear. Other than that it was fine

We love Hilton Garden Inns for overnights before time to fly home to the USA. Breakfast option, decent restaurant for dinner (where we can meet family), good bedding, air conditioning when it's hot. Close to the airport international terminal ... we prefer Gatwick to Heathrow, but when LHR is the only option this place works out very well.

Just the general size of LHR. Have to take a cab, Uber or Shuttle to get around. The property of this hotel is fine, no complaints.

We stay at this location on a regular basis because it is comfortable and convenient for both the airport and the local transport network (tube and buses). The adjacent car parking is an added bonus and there are always spaces available for guests. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant and bar areas are bright and the food menu is quite varied.

Although the room was generally very clean and well maintained the bathroom was not as clean as expected. The side of the washbasin needed a deep clean as do the tiles around the shower. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was not of the same standard as in the past. This may have been an isolated occasion for some reason but it was quite disappointing on this visit. In particular, the fish was overcooked and more like a cheap brand of battered fish out of a box! Also, the dessert we ordered was overly sweet and certainly not a crumble by most definitions!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Thank you. We had a lovely meal in Jack’s and again the service was impeccable. Our room was clean. Check in and check out were both straightforward. Windows are well insulated- we couldn’t hear traffic or planes. We would stay here again. NB for those travelling to the airport (without mobility difficulties) it’s a short walk to Hatton Cross tube station and the fare is free to all terminals. There’s no lift or escalator, though.

Mattress was a little firm for us. The walls between the rooms are a bit thin!
