The room was simple but very clean, quiet and modern. The receptionist was really pleasant and extremely helpful. The location was a few steps away from the tube station, so very convenient and easy to find. Free breakfast was an added bonus.

Not much to do in North Acton, especially in the evenings. Best to take the tube two stops to White City, for the big shopping centre and choice of restaurants and cafés.

Everything was great. Check-in was easy and staff was extremely helpful. The room was super clean and smelled fresh. Beds were made everyday. Towels were changed regularly, toilet was cleaned and tea/coffee topped up. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. Fresh and abundant. Staff were vigilant to keep all items available and would go extra mile to arrange small variations to breakfast items upon request. Wi-Fi speed was good. TV/media worked fine. Room amenities (kettle, power sockets, lights, phone, etc.) were in working condition. Did not use air-conditioning as weather was pleasant. Last thing, location. Connected by Central line (250 feet, if you don’t mind stairs). Ramps are available outside station but not sure if station itself is accessible by wheelchair. Bus stop is located in front of the hotel and is served by 6-7 routes and one/two night routes. Costa and Tesco are opposite and 2-3 eateries in 500 ft radius serve takeaway/sit-in food (halal, vegan, vegetarian) till midnight. The hotel also offers mild snacks and coffee (on payment) but did not order.

The internet/Wi-Fi in the room (fourth floor, middle) was patchy at times and could lose connection and then reconnect. Since we were out of the room most of the day and just used it to rest, it was not a big deal for us.

Such friendly and helpful staff. It was my partners 30th birthday and they had prepared some balloons and a card in the room for her which was so thoughtful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Rooms were basic enough, but comfortable and clean. Location was superb, 2 min walk to tube station, Costa and Tesco's express across the street.

Some noise from the street outside, although it's hard to blame the hotel for this. However it didn't affect our sleep. Windows were quite tricky and somewhat awkward to operate. TV in the room could do with an upgrade, a bit dated in 2025. Lastly the lack of easy to access toilet facilities in the lobby was a bit annoying, especially after breakfast and when checking out.

The rooms were very spacious & clean & tidy. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom each day. The location to the tube station was ideal very close by the hotel to travel into Londan town & attractions. The hotel had some good shops across the road from it. I liked how the hotel had a ramp outside of it, which meant that i didn't need to lift my case up any steep steps. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel & across from it. The room was cleaned & bed made each day that i was there. Staff at the main desk were welcoming at check-in & when checking out of hotel the lady at the front desk was very pleasant & wished me a good day when I was leaving to get my transport home again. Staff also friendly at breakfast towards myself & my family. Good air conditioning in room as it was very hot weather outside. There was an iron & ironing board & hairdryer in the room, which was very good. I was very happy about that as my clothes needed ironed. The staff were all very polite & friendly which made my stay very comfortable & enjoyable. Plenty of plug sockets in the room & at either side of bed to plug all devices into. A good large comfortable bed.

I didn't think there were enough breakfast options. I thought the cooked breakfast let the hotel down a bit as the bacon was just too hard to cut up & eat. The sausages were overcooked & i couldn't cut them up or eat them either. I would've liked to have had the choice of a chocolate croissant as well as the plain croissants. I would've liked to have seen more egg choices other than just scrambled eggs each day. I was very disappointed with the cooked breakfast. It needs improving.

Great stay in London Acton area. Stayed for 3 nights and room service was brilliant. I got special room for disabled people even not required. Great transport to this place and get everywhere where I need. Quite area around this hotel and found everything in the local shops. The breakfast could have been better, but on average it was bearable. The double bed was comfortable and the other appliances worked great. I would recommend this hotel to others, as this is my second time booking here.

I had hoped that the bathroom would have heated equipment to dry laundry or towels. However, there were unheated towel racks.

Location was very convenient, close to tube station. Room was adequate and excellent value for money considering London. Breakfast was excellent of quality and quantity.

The location and friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet is really simple, works really well if you arrive early. We had breakfast at around 9am on the first morning however when we went out at 10:30 there was barely anything left as nothing had been refilled so anyone expecting breakfast between 10 and 11 didn't have anywhere near as much choice. The room was nice, exactly what you'd expect from holiday in express. It was almost identical to another hotel we stayed at. The location was ok, the tube station was downstair which was nice, although for the price, it was a bit far from central London. The staff on reception were very helpful, the lady who checked us in and out was extremely helpful and very thorough.

The only things that were slightly inconvenient were the fact that the radiators are really loud, so you either have to put up with the overly loud fan or stay cold. It wasn't too bad but I was worried about disturbing other guests with it in the evenings. The only other minor problem we had was the shower. There was no consistent temperature, it kept fluctuating between either too hot, to then comfortable or just right to then go too cold. every 30 seconds or so, so may be worth looking into

Apart from the reasonable price, the location is another reason for our choice of stay. A tube station is just around the corner for the Central Line, and a bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Hop on the buses going directly to White City or Brent Cross from there. The size of the bedroom is just okay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is very continental yet generous. Most importantly is the staff; they are kind and friendly. All smiles from them. And definitely a lovely shout-out to Ms Halina who was lovely, very accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. A worthwhile stay indeed!

Room was clean, breakfast was OK (both sweet and salty options such as cereals, croissant and jam, yogurt or eggs, hashbrowns, toasts, sausages, bacon, beans...), excellent location regarding transport to Central London (tube station about 1-2 minute walk from the hotel, Central Line) and to other parts of the city (bus stop right in front of the hotel and around the corner), there were two grocery shops and a café in the immediate proximity of the hotel. Would definitely recommend and come here again.

There were three of us so we needed an extra bed, as the result of which there was not so much space in the room for our bags and things. Also, the window was restricted and could not be open so we missed fresh air a bit, however, there was air-conditioning installed in the room.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, clean and fresh. The room was enough for two persons, but the bed was slightly too small. The walk in shower/bathroom was great. The location was excellent for public transport, trains and buses.

The bed was too small and the walk-in bathroom got a bit flooded and it was a hassle to come out of the bathroom, dragging water onto the carpet. A pen and paper would have been nice to have plus a public transport map for buses and trains would have been helpful.
