The new mattresses and the refund of spa area are superb. similarly thr Xmas decorations really are top notch. The staff and service as always are superb (Daniel, Camelia, Otilia , Daniel and Cherif) and clearly the team does a great job as new members such as Elizabete seem really at ease dealing with guests.

The size of the room was good and the bed was fine. I liked the electronic system for switching the lights off and on. It is not the nicest part of London (many office buildings), but the advantage of that is also the absence of many tourists.

It appeared impossible to pay with a debit card, even for a relatively small amount. That was a false start. My debit cards worked just fine everywhere else in London. In the bar of the hotel, they did not bring my order (for a drink and food) and when I asked about it half an hour later (as it was busy and I gave them some slack), they even denied that I had placed an order.

The location was perfect; it was not too far away from the center and, at the same time, not close. Second, There was a lot to do around my hotel, and the staff also helped me someday with making a plan that matched my desires

Good location, quiet for the city. The spa was lovely & relaxing. The staff were all friendly & decent especially the door staff.

The bed & pillows were uncomfortable. The pillows were changed by housekeeping. Room cold as window letting by don’t think maintenance got round to fixing it. No breakfast although had club room. No warm smoking areas. Housekeeping not done on second day. The tv channels were naff.

I went for an anniversary and they decorated the room, it was such an amazing touch and a wonderful surprise for the both of us. The staff were very nice, friendly and attentive. I would 100% recommend this hotel and they will be seeing me again soon.

The facilities looked great and had so much potential to be 10/10 but there was mud around the spa and pool, which was probably carried from a guest staying which wasn’t the staff’s fault but it just made the place feel dirty. Also for breakfast, there was a mix up because I ordered vegetarian food and pancakes. we waited 20 minutes and they said that it must have been taken to the wrong table. and the the vegetarian food didn’t even come out because they said the kitchen is now closed. So I did leave the buffet breakfast quite hungry.

Great hotel. Good location for my needs. Plenty of space and AC worked well. Bed very comfortable. Nice pool, gym and spa area. Very quick and efficient service at all times. The breakfast choices were good with high quality options.

Only light switches for the room were next to the bed. A touchscreen to control AC/bathroom light looked fancy but was slow to respond to touches and generally harder to use than a typical AC control/light switch etc. The TV had no aerial signal so was useless but I wasn't in the room enough for it to matter that much. Some of the hot buffet at breakfast was cool.

The location was great, the facilities like the gym and pool were good, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the room needed a heavy vacuuming, the mattress was very lumpy and had large dips in it, and the room control panel for lights and AC was very difficult to use and malfunctioned several times during our stay.

The position. It is located in a business district very close to Liverpool Station. As it is a business area, it was very calm and quiet during Easter time. I think it will be the same during every weekend. The building. It is an historical building very elegant and very well maintained. The breakfast room is at tenth floor with an amazing view.

It is a bit too expensive, maybe it depends from the period and Easter didn't help about it. The breakfast is a bit too cahotic and the staff wasn't ready to serve so many people at the same time, especially on Sunday morning.
