Location was perfect for events at Wembley. The rooms were very luxurious and spacious. Room service was great. Wide selection of food and drinks which was available even at late hours. Staff were friendly and very helpful and tried their best to assist in sometimes challenging circumstances.

The WiFi was horrendous. At times it struggled to keep a decent connection. While it's understandable that my stay occurred during a peak (high demand) period a hotel like Novotel should have the resources to provide decent internet, considering the mobile date network in the Wembley area was spotty at best. Also during a high demand period only one lift was working throughout my stay (which was over 4 nights). There were long waits for the (only) lift and at times it was faster to simply walk up (6 floors!) which would present a significant problem for the less mobile (or people with lots of luggage).

Tv reception was very jittery Wifi in room was sketchy The hotel had zero accommodation for nut allergy, not even an attempt to cater for it even though provided a message before arrival and enquiring at check-in. Nut allergy isn't something that you can risk unless the hotel is willingly trying to provide allergy information. We went to McDonald's for breakfast. The doorway to the bathroom is a nonsense. Not private at all

I had a long drive and couldnt quite find the car park - I parked nearby and went into reception and the Manager got one of the staff to come to my car with me and direct me in - way beyond the call of duty but very much appreciated. All the Staff were super friendly even though the hotel was rammed due to the Bruce Springsteen concert....thanks guys!

The participation of the hotel to tie in with event at Wembley on Saturday night - hotel had rock DJ present which created an excellent atmosphere.

The cost of alcohol - £10.00 for a pint is ridiculous. A round of 2 drinks - £20.00. Come on London - the rest of the UK dont need this mark up to make a profit, as far as I am aware. Also room rates inflated due to event. This is fair if your costs are inflated & you need to maintain profit margin. As such I assume that all of your staff working on event nights are paid more to correspond with the increased T/O you take on those nights. Otherwise you are just profiteering. By all means charge more if your costs are more, otherwise no justification to change your business model.

Location near to metro, lively area with shops,very friendly staff( very acomodating and they helped us changed the room because the first one, had view to the street and Boxpark and it was very loud, also AC didn t work well) The second room way better. The staff from reception was the best part regarding Novotel

The first room we were checked in 102 room I think the AC didn't work properly, the shampoo dispenser didn t work, lack of slippers..also the view was in front of Boxpark and it was very loud and noisy

The staff was brilliant.we got there on the Friday night big England game on. . little bit of a problem with roads being shot off . So we were a little late. . The car park was full. but they got us in somehow. the man on reception was brilliant but the man who helped us park and carrier suitcases was superb. . Love the friendliness of all staff over the weekend. Breakfast great. Location to Wembley and the underground couldn't be better. Myself my wife and grandson at a fantastic time thank you one and all. But Wembley is something else. It's awesome. Thank you

Very small criticism. Where had a fire alarms 6.30 on the Saturday morning. . Everybody was quite calm about it . the hotel could do with improving slightly. Though it was a false alarm information needed to be said more clearly. . Thank you.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted and more. We travelled with two adults and 2 kids age 6 and 10. We were upgraded to an executive suite, I didn't ask for an upgrade I think that's all they had available as we had booked a family room. We had been to see starlight express and the location to the hotel was perfect, just across the road. The beds were soooo comfy, very soft and squishy, we didn't want to get out! The room was immaculately clean with two televisions. This was a bit tricky to control once the kids were in bed asleep as the remote kept switching on the TV on their side of the room. The kids were on a sofa bed which was larger than a normal double bed and the two halves felt separate so they didn't disturb each other. The bathroom had a glass door which didn't shut/lock properly and had a little gap when pulled together but this wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast had a large selection, cooked, toast, pancake maker, fruit, yogurt, selection of meat and cheese and pastries. All very deliscious.

Glass bathroom door that didn't close properly but not really a problem. Two televisions in the room was probably unnecessary and when you are in bed with the kids asleep you can't control your own TV without switching the other one on. All minor issues though which did not distract from the rest of the hotel. I would stay here over and over again. Great hotel!

The hotel was in a perfect location - only a couple of minutes walk from both the station and the Troubadour Theatre. It was also just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the stadium. The Executive room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a perfect size for me and my adult daughters. We had both a kettle and coffee machine and appreciated the refrigerated milk and water.

The bathroom had opaque glass doors making it difficult to use the bathroom in the night, as a light would have woken other occupants. The doors also had a gap and did not close properly so no privacy. We also had an issue with outside noise (the bar opposite although it stops before 1am) and an incredibly loud motorbike rummbing outside for an hour during the night - although these are not the fault of the hotel and would be less bothersome if you were higher up.

Property was in a great location, beds were so comfortable, staff were the best! They went above and beyond numerous times throughout our stay. My child has additional needs and they were in contact before our arrival, they made our stay that little bit less difficult by everything they need (which they did not have to do). Even putting balloons, cards and chocolates in our room for my sons birthday (so thoughtful) They kept checking to see if our room was ready too (this was before our check in time) as they could see my son was getting agitated. Honestly, that is just a few things. There was countless others. Troye was amazing beforehand sorting lots out, I also wish I got the two gentlemen’s names on reception to personally thank them but I did not catch their names both were compassionate and just great people. If you are looking to stay in London, a family friendly hotel, who value their guests and go above and beyond. Look no further. We would not stay anywhere else when travelling into London again.

Very comfortable room. I really liked the fridge with the complimentary water. The Rituals toiletries were a real surprise. The underground carpark was very handy. You can walk straight into the hotel from the carpark. Found the room and hotel to be very clean.

The hotel is in a very congested area and we struggled to get to it first time around, and had to go round again. Although the underground car park is very handy, it is on the expensive side. The room rate was a bit more than I would normally pay for room only, but when you weigh up what you get and the location I suppose it wasn't too bad.
