Area location was great, close to everything. Reception staff were lovely. We could store our luggage in a locker before we checked in which was great. They also let us keep luggage in the hotel after checkout for a small fee (£4) which was much more convenient for our last day there. They sell bits in the hostel and you can rent towels. They have a laundry room and kitchen area which was really convenient. Ironing facilities as well. Beds were comfy but not alot of space, kept banging my head but what do you expect from bunk beds!

Alot of people staying there didn't speak good English and had alot of international / exchange students as it was a youth hostel so was difficult to make connections but it was great value for money if your just looking for somewhere to sleep. Difficulty with a hostel is that your sharing your room with others so bit annoying that you have to feel you need to whisper if people are sleeping In late or going to bed early... but part of the package I guess! I think next time if were going as a group we will just book a room Big enough for the group size so we're altogether.

Great hostel, was a little worried because of some of the reviews but besides the heat which they can’t help we had a great time there. There’s a few fans in the room to try help circulate some air but was hard to sleep. Kitchen is clean, bathroom and the overall hostel smells great all the time, there’s a speaker playing music in the showers lowly which was nice and they were newly renovated by the looks of it, no queues and there was always a bathroom free out of the 6 outside our room. Stayed in a mixed 12 bedroom dorm and everyone was friendly and didn’t go near anyone’s stuff. Would definitely stay again but maybe when there’s not a heatwave. Staff were also very friendly. Air conditioning in the main common area if you want to cool off and grab a snack out of the vending machine during the night which was very affordable with tasty snacks.

Nothing except the heat which they are clearly trying to ease for everyone with multiple fans.

Perfect location for my surgery Perfect price as just needed a place to sleep didn't need anything else. Having a disability, the only thing that was a slight issue for me was alot of stair to get to room, no lift. But I managed it. Lockers available in room, had to buy a padlock for £4.50 which was worth it for safe keeping of personal items. Was able to leave and go out for dinner with no worries. Big room available with tables and chairs, also had kitchen area with fridge and I think microwave if I can remember which is great for self catering Location Perfect for shops and restaurants I would highly recommend to people that are looking for a hostel stay

- The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance – really appreciated their support. - The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and I liked that it had a curtain for extra privacy. - The in-room locker was spacious enough to fit a carry-on suitcase and a backpack, which was super convenient. - The location is definitely one of the best features – very close to the metro, supermarkets, and museums. - The bathroom was large and had clearly been recently renovated

Unfortunately, I was in London during a heatwave, and the room only had a small fan for six people, which wasn’t enough! At times, some of the toilets were not very clean, but to be fair, the staff was constantly making an effort to keep them tidy.

We were a family of five and booked a private room. The location is excellent with many transport options nearby. Cleaning services were great, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service, which saved us money on check-in luggage, and the lockers after check-out were very convenient. Breakfast was a good budget all-you-can-eat option, and the kids loved the hostel experience despite the limited room space. We were on the 2nd floor and didn't have any issues with noise.

Only small downside was that laundry tokens felt a bit expensive.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and they’re willing to assist in any way they can. Second, the beds were comfortable enough. They were not great but for a budget stay I was very happy. The showers were clean, the toilets a little less so but that’s also because of the guests. Cleaners come in and clean every day. Lastly, the area was great. It’s a five minute walk from the British museum, 15 minutes to King’s Cross station and close to many other spots.

There is nothing to say about the property, but the people can make or break a stay. I had a guy in my room that was very loud all night long, which was frustrating. But other than that, I have no complains.

Very close to everything and reception was open 24 hours, easy check in and check out experience. Reception also had a small selection on things you could buy like razors and soaps which I totally forgot about. Bunks had great privacy curtains (only one usb charging port though). They have free lockers if you wanted to leave your suitcases early :)

Showers were a bit small and had to specific changing area - was kinda hard to change. Mixed communal showers as well with only 2 sinks but it was doable. Had no issues with cleanliness. Lockers in the room were all unable to be locked but our roommates were really nice so we weren't too worried

I like the location 🥹It’s took only 2-5 minutes from Russell Square Underground.Not far from Hostel there is Tesco 😍 you can get there around 2-5 minutes defending how you walk.They have everything Breakfast fee for 6.50£.Rent for Towel : 2.50£. Laundry service.They also has Kitchen. In the room has Sink to wash your hand.Staff are very polite and hardworking.

I don’t like their room.They don’t have air purifier.Some man are not taking their Bath after returning from outside.I can’t breath during stay in the room.Please i hope they put some air freshener.

I have stayed at several hostels here in London, some of whom have a really high rating, but the experience did not match the rating. This hostel though should definitely be rated higher than it is. It’s a good experience. Super Clean It's nice and clean. As an example, somebody went into the toilet and made a huge mess of the sink. Two seconds later housekeeping made the sink nice and clean again. They clean with bleach too which makes it smell nice. Professional Front Desk Front desk staff are super professional. If something does happen they are all over it and make it comfortable for you. It’s a safe place to stay. Continental Breakfast £6.50 The mini breakfast is good! It has porridge, pancakes, meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, breads for toast, cold cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. Vending Machine The prices are quite reasonable in their vending machines too £1 for a can of soda or £1.89 for a Monster. That’s so much more teas than other places that want £4 for an energy drink or £2.50 for a can of soda. All around this place is reasonably priced and a nice stay. The experience is quite pleasant. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I had to pick something I suppose I would pick the vending machines sometimes were used so often staff couldn’t keep up and keep them full by morning.

One of the cleanest hostels i have ever been in! Staff working round the clock to make it clean. Done an amazing job for this. Constantly cleaning kitchens toilets showers you name it, they done it. Breakfast is a paid one but good selection for a hostel Its a good hostel! Great location, bit loud now and again and a bit awkward with the children but understand it is a hostel / hotel... Good sized lockers and really nice staff helping me when i was checking in giving me a free locker to store my stuff and another free locker when i had to check out to check back in. Stayed 9 days longer than planned cant fault them, its a good hostel!

Beds are absolutely back breaking uncomfortable. Im 6ft 5 felt as if i slept in a childs bed. No space to move around. Extremely uncomfortable sleep.
