My stay at The Rathbone Hotel was excellent. The renovated rooms were really comfortable and lovely! Cleaning and laundry was also superb. 👌🏼 The location is so perfect, right next to tons of great restaurants, shops, cute cafes and main Oxford and Soho streets 5 minutes away, with easy access to transportation to travel to the rest of London. Even though there was some construction, the staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely made up for it. The front desk team, in particular, was just wonderful. Shout-out to Jesus and the rest who made me feel at home. 🙌🏼 I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it. Big thanks to The Rathbone team!

There was quite a bit of construction noise and outdoor noise, which is likely to be expected given its busy, central location. One advice I would humbly give is to leave guests a small note to be mindful of door slamming, or to install soft-close doors if possible! It wasn’t a grave issue, but it would’ve been a great addition 👌🏼

Staff were always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and quiet (at night, that is. There was construction in the hotel during the day). The surrounding neighborhood of Fitzrovia was incredible. It’s just outside of the busy touristy areas and felt more “local”. Excellent restaurants EVERYWHERE. Plenty of nightlife, with people dining outside at the many restaurants or visiting the pubs. The hotel is close to a couple of subway stations and not far from the tourist attractions of London.

There was construction in the hotel, so there was a bit of noise during the day. It was only an issue on the first day when we were exhausted from our overnight flight and wanted to rest, but it wasn’t an issue the rest of the week. The hot water tap in the showers in both of our rooms only had about a millimeter of distance between “ice cold” and “scalding”. Neither of these would keep us from staying there again, though.

For the fourth time, I stayed at The Rathbone Hotel in Fitzrovia, and it felt like coming home. Once again, we stayed in one of the suites, and, as always, it was wonderful. The suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day in exciting, bustling London. The staff were all friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location in Fitzrovia is perfect, with cozy cafes, great restaurants, and Soho’s attractions within walking distance. Plus, the transport options nearby make it easy to get around. Staying at The Rathbone is a big part of what makes my London trips so enjoyable, adding to the overall experience of the city. I look forward to coming back again!

This hotel is well located, at walking distances (15-25 minutes) from many points of interest like, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, theaters, underground stations, and plenty of business in the area, such as restaurants, pubs, bakeries, hair styling, etc. The area around the hotel is quiet, despite the business around it, which is a plus. It also feels like a safe area. The staff of the hotel is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively small, but super clean and functional. The buffet breakfast offers good value when you compare it with other options nearby.

The hotel's nightly rate is a bit pricey, but that is the cost of convenience and location.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and it was the perfect location for our visit to the theatre that evening. It was walking distance to the theatre in Soho, but without being TOO busy. And so nice to be able to come back and have a night cap in the bar after our evening out. Lovely bar area too. Room was beautiful and clean and bathroom was lovely too. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again for our next London theatre visit!

The ONLY thing I have to moan about is that I booked it with a card online and then didn't have that physical card with me (I had that card on my phone but not the physical card) so I had to pay with another card and get a refund from that card - fortunately I had a physical card with me, normally I don't carry cards anymore as all stored on my phone!! So just be aware of this if you're booking and paying online - take that same card with you :)

Great location near multiple subway lines, bus stops and great restaurants nearby. However the hotel itself is on quite place, so best of both - quiet sleep & great location. Also I was impressed by water pressure, bed was comfortable and everything went as smooth as possible. Loved it! We will be back for sure.

Only the wifi could be a bit faster, however I am just nitpicking. It was good enough. We had small room so there was no minibar and the room was obviously small - smaller bathroom. For bigger travelers it might be good to pick bigger room.

Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but it was spotlessly clean and adequate for a couple of nights. We never had breakfast, but was offered the option whilst checking in at £18ph. The location of the hotel is great for Oxford st, Soho, and within walking distance to Marylebone. The Hotel is an easy 8-10 minute walk from Totten Court Road tube station.

The has 4 star rating, but I felt our room was really in a 3 star category, although very comfortable and clean. Would I stay there again? Yes probably, but maybe I would look to see what else was on offer first.

Very elegant, with a high level of attention to detail paid to everything. The lobby and room were gorgeous and very clean.

We were disappointed that the breakfast offered at the hotel didn't seem to have any dairy-free options or good choices for dietary restrictions, so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Also, we felt uncomfortable that the water from the sink and shower seemed to have a hard time washing soap off for some reason. I don't know what that's about, but it might prevent me from returning.

My booking was for two rooms on the newly renovated 5th floor. The place was very clean and well-organized, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is air-conditioned, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to Soho, 15 minutes to Covent Garden, and also close to Regent Street and Oxford Circus. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés around the hotel.

Little bit dated but great location. Staff however were noticeable amazing and helpful. The lady from Valencia who was serving breakfast was especially nice and engaging( sorry I didn’t get her name ) she was helpful and genuinely interested in why I was in London and what I was doing without being over intrusive but everyone I came across was a credit to you
