You cannot have guests. You cannot get a drink after 9pm at night . People with kids should be on one side of the hotel & those without kids on the other so you can get some peace . We had random kids swimming in our jacuzzi area crying & screaming.

Emily and Jia Ming always greeted us with warm, genuine smiles. Never failed to go out of the way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Including the friendly security man at the carpark welcome area. The staff and service are really what made our stay such a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the privacy of the Garden Suite, the bathroom tub, and the jacuzzi area with the float and water toys for my son. Loved loved the afternoon free flow of cocktails, wines and canapés!

The noise from the aircon made it difficult to have sound sleep at night. The water from the shower wasn’t piping hot. And while the sofa is in line with the room theme, they are really uncomfortable to sit on. Still, these won’t stop us from coming back again :)

Our staycation at The Barracks Hotel was an exceptional experience. Housed in a historic colonial building surrounded by lush greenery, the setting was both serene and picturesque. The service was outstanding, with incredibly friendly and attentive personnel who made us feel right at home. The food and cocktails were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. A standout moment was the tea session with veterans Winston and Khor, which provided a unique and memorable touch to our visit. We absolutely recommend The Barracks Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Great place, grate people, great service and great atmosphere! From our arrival to our departure everything exceeded our expectations and we would be ready to come back at any time in the future! People like Emily, Lily and Chao Hong and all others made us to feel like being at home.

There was nothing which we did not like. But we would like to make one proposal for possible further improvement ... so if possible it might would be a good change to make the pool on the "right hand side" to be "Adults Only Pool" so that the people who would like to enjoy nice quiet time in the pool could stay on that side and families with children on the "left hand side".

I like everything in The Barracks Hotel ; 1. Pre-check in procedure explained details through Whatsapp from the staff named Azwan. On the check in day, He was welcoming us patiently and he was really helpful (Pardon we forgot to give him some tips) with this review I will recommend you as the best staff in The Barracks Hotel. 2. Space on the room is not spacious, but the interior design made it perfectly with limited space they can maximize the function for each room. Room has vintage theme but the vibes was not spooky at all. Also the soundproof door was worked perfectly, in that night a party around the hotel was aloud when we sit in the balcony, but when we were going inside in the room was so quite. Good Job. 3. Ambience of the hotel was so peaceful to enjoying sunset and sunrise 4. Restaurant was surprisingly great, the staff and the food was good.

Suggest to check regulary for the chair around the pool that mostly because of bird droppings

Beautiful property, spacious with large pool. very clean and welcoming. It wasn’t too busy when we were there so that probably helped with our enjoyment. Great service from the team. The rooms were in keeping with the theme but we didn’t have any windows in our premier room. There’s a blurred screen within the balcony door. This was not a problem for us. There are other hotels/restaurants within the vicinity/next door and a 7-11 shop. A great breakfast was included but limited choices, and complimentary canapés with drinks each day which was a lovely touch. The cocktails were very tasty!

Meals are prepared offsite which was not a problem for us.

The property is in an excellent location and loved that it is a heritage hotel. Our room had direct access for the pool which was lovely.

Very nice and cozy environment free that was peaceful, tranquil and quiet. Yet still having plenty of amenities nearby in terms of dining, convenience, and how connected it is to other places. The pool was nice and well connected, and the included breakfast and canapes were great. In terms of service, this hotel was by far one of the best. From long before my stay they reached out to me to confirm with me the details of my special request, and they were very accommodating and hospitable. Overall an amazing experience here.

The hotel is relatively small, so there aren't many facilities compared to what other typical 5 star hotels may offer. It is a non issue for me, as this hotel is mainly for the premium cozy tropical resort experience, which it nailed perfectly

Breakfast was good and even better when we learnt we had the option of using the French restaurant at the Mess Hall. Staff were very friendly with extra praise for the lady cleaning our room. Lovely pools, super rooms and very comfortable beds. Location could not be better for us on Sentosa, with everything just a short walk away. Peaceful, very comfortable location

I have used the hotel before (quite a few years ago) and like then, I only have one complaint and that is the quality of the canapés. Dry and generally boring and only soft cheese on the platter. I stated years ago that this could be improved a lot. It is only a small part of our stay, but the only negative comment we can think of. Everything else is fabulous

Lovely hotel, very intimate as only 40 rooms. It was quiet and secluded. The pools were perfect! Enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour and their accompanying food bites. The drinks were well made. The breakfast needs some improvement. The English breakfast option was great! We had the Grenola, fruit, and yoghurt combination, which was not as expected. We had the pastries that were not good. The gym, however, was located in another hotel which wasn't ideal.
