We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having all the essential amenities in the kitchen, which was really convenient. The pool is huge, perfect for both relaxing and swimming, and there’s also a well-equipped gym and a dedicated area for kids, making it a great option for families. If you don’t feel like heading out in the evening, there are two restaurants onsite — one Japanese and one Mexican. While I personally preferred exploring local food spots, it’s great to have those options right in the hotel. The location is excellent — just 5 minutes from the EmSphere shopping mall, 10 minutes from EmQuartier, and also about 10 minutes from Terminal 21. It’s also conveniently close to the BTS and MRT lines, which makes getting around Bangkok very easy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Great value and a very pleasant atmosphere!

The property was nice, a condotel not a hotel. The rooms are spacious, good for a family however the extra bed provided is uncomfortable. The pool was fun but small, always crowded always full. The restaurants on the property are good; the Mexican restaurant was delicious and fun, the Japanese restaurant was very good.

The reception areas are crowded, small. The condotel has no room service and no spa option. The pool area is much smaller than in the pictures, very crowded very slippery. The property is located in a central area, but in a dark and dirty small side street. The online staff was not helpful with transfer inquiries. There are numerous Novotel properties with complicated names, be sure to provide correct name to private transportation.

The reception staff is just not good They really greeted me with a frown face and were very unfriendly. I really felt unwelcome. They also lied to me about the rooms because they didn't know I was a very long-time customer at the hotel and knew this hotel quite well. When I caught them lying, they just became even more unfriendly. It was a very unpleasant feeling to arrive at the hotel and receive such humiliating treatment. The worst of them was a receptionnist named Tishart These are not the kind of people who need to be put on reception to provide servise to customers!!!

If you have kids this is great hotel, the pool is fantastic for kids and there is also a playroom to keep them entertained. Room was spacious and location is central in between two BTS stations with many restaurant options nearby. Overall good value for money.

Cleanliness could be improved, found some hair in the bathroom when I arrived. My room had a bit of a funny smell and bathrooms looked a bit dated.

We loved it! Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was modest, but more than enough. The room was spotless, and daily clean was done with a lot of love and attention to details.

The swimming pool water was a bit cold to our taste. The location is a bit off the main Sukhumvit “action”, but within a reason able walking distance.

The location was so accessible to all shopping centres and local restaurants and 7-Eleven’s. It was great having the Emsphere shopping Centre across the road. There was a great massage shop in the street which was lovely to come and have a massage at the end of the day after a long walk . The staff were super friendly. The rooms were like brand-new and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The King room was extremely big particularly for one person and looks much better in real life than even the photos demonstrate. The buffet breakfast was also nice . It have everything you needed, including beautiful fresh mango in the morning.

They were a lot of kids in and out of the pool. But they were a lot of times when there wasn’t as well.

Location was perfect. There are a few options for street foods which was pretty tasty and reasonable price close to main shopping malls within walking distance.

Quality of a cleaning service was not satisfied. I found some dirt on the sofa at the first day I informed at the reception area, but the third were still there. Also I booked a room has laundry machines and little bit of kitchen supplies, but they did not prepare for the detergent for a dishwasher and laundry so I had to call to request those things. It would be nice if they offer at the beginning. Swimming pool was a bit outdated and water was clean.

Hotel is very kids -friendly. The pool is not very big but the whole environment is very cozy. We lived in a family room with a bunk bed, my kids loved it (and me too). There are many high quality restaurants in the location, MRT is close. The employees are very polite and helpful. This hotel made our trip really fun and memorable.

The design of the faucet in the bathroom sink is not easy to use (you have to turn it on and leave it on while using the soap otherwise too slippery to twist back on); the bathtub in our room couldn't drain. These are just minor flaws, but maintenance like this has room for improvement.

Great hotel beautifully situated in an ideal location. The room we were in fully met our requirements for a two week trip. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great beds in the room and all the amenities.

What we didn't like, there are only 3 small points here: 1) The pool, it was cold the whole time we stayed, it was impossible to swim; 2) Breakfast, it's good but could be more varied; 3) TV in the room, it is either blocked option to use applications such as YouTube and Netflix, or technically they are not possible - when you come for 2 weeks in a room like apartments - you expect a full-fledged Smart TV.

The Novotel Legacy is a family focused hotel. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was a highlight, truly delicious. I would say the best meals I had in Bangkok was in the hotel during breakfast. The location is not terrible but... it's not super great either. You have to walk out to find a 7-Eleven or other convenience store and the train station is a bit too far, especially when you are walking back with a lot of shopping.

Since there is no close convenience store, the hotel probably needs to stock some essentials in case it rains (which it did every night) like women's feminine hygiene products or pain killers and stuff.
