We had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Bosphorus. Besides the breathtaking view on the Bosphorus from the room and the temporary lobby, what made the stay truly special was the one of a kind service. From the moment we entered and were greeted and checked in in our spotless room, to the lovely service at the breakfast, everything was perfect. Special thanks to Müjdat, who showed us the hotel and recommended us the Chinese Restaurant at the hotel (super good Chinese food) and to the service team Mehmet, Dogan and Ceren who went beyond to make every breakfast special. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and respectful. Many thanks to Sibel. We can't wait to come back when the hotel is fully renovated (the renovation didn't disturb us at all) to see how beautifully the history of this special place is kept. It's not any Hilton, it's a very special one. Not only because of the history and the famous guests who stayed here over the past 50 years, but also because of the well trained special staff!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the staff is super kind, available and nice. Everything is just perfect. Thanks to Tsira and Betul for their amazing customer service. Also, we were supposed to go to cappadocia and go somewhere else, but we felt so good that we are going back for 4 more nights. Absolutely beautiful.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Stayed in the Executive Room with Bosphorus views. The use of the complimentary executive benefits in the lounge was a nice touch. Was given a late checkout of 2pm which again was very helpful given our evening flight. Whilst the hotel has ongoing renovations this did not impact our stay. Great swimming pool with ample loungers. Short taxi ride to all tourist hotspots.

Some of the clientele lack basic etiquette. Disappointing to see hard working staff not thanked for their efforts in making the stay a memorable one for their guests.

We stayed at Hilton Bosphorus for 9 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently polite, respectful, and very helpful. There was some noise from nearby concerts during the first few nights, and when we mentioned it, the team kindly offered to move us to a quieter room. The process was smooth, and they even welcomed us with a bottle of white wine and complimentary snacks—such a thoughtful gesture. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, they weren’t visible or disruptive at all. Everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Bibars at checkout—he was quick, informative, and very helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

The new renovation is very nice

Simply everything. Especially the staff who were friendly, caring and pleasant. Well done all! The location is not bad at all, its 15min walk to Taksim Square which put you right in the action. As for the room, we chose Deluxe King Room With Bosphorus View and we were not disappointed, its spacious, clean with brilliant views of what it felt like the entire Bosphorus. We will surely be back!

Two things they need to improve on; 1- to allocate smoking areas in the swimming pool to avoid non smokers have to put up with smokers ruining their leisurely stay. 2- the place would do nicely with additional restaurants especially serving great Turkish cuisines

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Istanbul with stunning Bosphorus views. The garden is a peaceful escape, and the service was warm and professional throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight: diverse, fresh, and with something for every taste. The indoor pool and gym were well maintained, and the hotel has a timeless elegance you don’t often find anymore.

Some of the rooms feel a bit dated and could use modern upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. Also, Wi-Fi could be more stable in certain areas of the hotel.

We had a great experience for our stay. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently polite, respectful and helpful, specially Mr. Müjdat, with his warm welcome in our arrival. In a short time of reaching our room, he explained about the hotel and its history. It wass actually really nice to feel the history behind the hotel and helped us to appreciate the place more. He was really kind and helpful and made us feel welcomed. His recommendations also helped us to have a wonderful night in the asian restaurant. The outdoor pool was nice, clean and we could relax and enjoy our time there. The breakfasts were nice too. lots of options for different tastes and diets. The staff serving the breakfast in the balcony were nice, having always a smile. The coffee and waters inside the room were always recharged daily and generously (I am mentioning this, since I have had bad experience with some 5 star hotels about a water of bottle!) In general, the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel has mixed its own beauty, originality and comfort in a way that makes you feel welcomed and enjoy your stay. Definitely it's a place to be back to in future visits.

- I am guessing the gym was relocated because of the renovations, but maybe I'm mistaken. The current gym was a bit depressing. Would have enjoyed the room which is shown in the images. - There was some noises from outside of the Hotel (maybe a concert) during some nights.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Bosphorus with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was fantastic — beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and excellent service throughout our stay. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Erdinc Yilmaz, Food and Beverage Supervisor, for his exceptional hospitality. His warm welcomes during breakfast each morning made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Mr. Yilmaz, for making our time at Hilton Bosphorus so memorable. I look forward to returning!
