Water leaking issue in the bathroom that was fixed immediately

Our stay at Hilton Bosphorus was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we made our reservation, the reservations team was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requests were noted and accommodated. Everything was great, starting from the check in, helpful staff, great food, amazing view and to the helpful porters. Hilton is all about making you feel welcome. Our room was great and the Bosporus view is for a million. We had an executive room with a lounge access, I tell you it’s worth every dollar! The pool was not yet functioning since it was not the season yet, and I can only imagine how it adds on to the overall impression. The hotel is going through renovation to meet it’s 70th anniversary but the renovation is not disturbing at all. I would love to come again in 2025 to see how it turned out. Special thanks from my family to the reception manager Meslina for being a very attentive and helpful host. I definitely recommend Hilton Bosporus if you want to make your Istanbul visit a memorable one.

We like this hotel and we are returning guests here. We miss that classical style room we used to be in. This room was brand new after renovation and fresh and nice but we prefer that old style. This room feels smaller, furnitures are designed but not practical and some of things missing. Breakfast is good as always before.

The shower gel smells like chinch bug excrement. Please change it. The shower gel is in Crabtree and Evelyn box but knowing very well their products I am sure this is not from them and if it is then it's a shame on them. Minibar was difficult to open, buttons of wardrobe is dangerous for children (even we hit our leg into it), and somehow too much tables but unusable. Before there was a very nice big table where we can sit with laptop to work there, with these new tables it was impossible.

The hotel is very centrally located, a stone's throw away from Taksim Square and from the nice Nisantasi area (posh shops and cafes). The service in the hotel was good, as was the size of the room and the cleanliness. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was nice. The hotel has an aura of grandeur, even in its limited space due to the renovations.

I found it strange that there were no bathrobes in the rooms. Probably, if I had called for them, they would have supplied them, but for a 5-star, I found it strange. Also, I had to twice ask for things (once hand soap liquid, and once toilet paper). The extensive renovation works going on are handled very well by the hotel, so not a bother, except for the limited lift access, which meant sometimes having to wait minutes for a lift. And we just couldn't find the stairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, which was definitely a highlight. The food was good, though I’ve had more impressive dishes at other hotels. However, there were a few downsides. Despite booking as a family, there was no bed provided for my child, which was inconvenient. The room also felt a bit small, and for the price, I expected more space and better family accommodations. In general, I found the stay to be quite expensive for what was offered.

The property is the right choice for those wanted to chill and enjoy garden walk, swimming pool, tennis field , gym and spa. This is plus having a relaxed lobby serviced by gorgeous restaurant and bar. The downside honestly some of the attitude of employee working in this restaurant, some of them seem unwelcoming.

The variation among employees in terms of proficiency. Some employees are well trained and exceed expectations in terms of hospitality and i can name some of them as follows: Gunnes, Farahat , cum, muhammet, Eren Can, and those who are working at the main gate.

The staff at Hilton Bosphorus was friendly and patient, especially to our 2 small children. Their staff is what sets them apart from the rest. We enjoyed our stay with them as they made sure that everything was comfortable for us. We would like to especially extend our gratitude to the teams at the reception (Tsira and Mujdat) , the restaurants (breakfast buffet and Dragon) and the health club (Alice was terrific with hammam). Again, our sincere thanks to the team!

The mat in the Pool area is painful to the feet and the way to the health club is outdated.

The family rooms with a garden view are amazing — offering an impressive view, spacious layout, and great comfort. The hotel has a pleasant scent throughout. The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

It’s a long walk to reach the room. Parking is overpriced. There are no facilities for children. The hotel is under renovation, and a large part of the building, including the lobby, is closed. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the rooms. For some rooms, breakfast is not included and requires an additional charge.
