Modern hotel, large room, large and very comfortable bed, very rich breakfast, underground secured parking, facilities (indoor pool, sauna, gym) and most of all - great location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town (main attraction), just opposite the hotel there is a large shopping center with many options to eat, very close to the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket Prism and just behind the hotel there is a trendy area with lot of caffees and even a cinema complex.
In the shower area the floor is completely flat, so the water gets out and floods the entire bathroom. Our solution was to put one or two towels at the bottom of the shower door and use a weaker stream of water. It worked. I think the hotel stuff should warn guests and provide something that would block the water. But this is a very minor issue is otherwise great hotel.

One of the best hotels in Tallinn (and i've stayed in many). Our family loved: the spa, the breakfast, the beds. 1) Our room was on the 8th floor and like the spa, it was overlooking the Old Town. Family room was very spacious and great for a family of five, the beds were comfortable and the view was great. The double bed was extra large, which was great for cuddling up and watching tv in the evening. Very convenient was the room's location which was on the same floor as the wellness centre. The gym was simple, but sufficient. 5+ for the big windows (these things are usually crammed into windowless basements in hotels). 2) Breakfast is definitely the best we've ever had at a hotel - the selection of hot foods, fresh omlettes, sweets, vegan options is amazing. Fresh honey comb from their own rooftop beehive. 3) The wellness area is small, but still family friendly, which we very much appreciated. It's overlooking the Old Town and all its's towers - very relaxing and we didn't grow tired of it even after 5 days.
Absolutely everything was great. IF there was anything worth mentioning, it'd be lovely for the tv to have a netflix or some other streaming app to log into, but this is really nothing to ring home about.

Very convenient located in the city right at the city walls of the old city with connection to many busses and trams. The hotel is very modern and looks very new offering basically all you need for a business trip. Rooms are modern and appealing with very good equipment. My room was towards the inner atrium and very quite. The breakfast offers are very wide variety of things to start you day with. From diary and non-diary porridge over savoury items to bread, yoghurt, jams, fruits and strawberry smoothie shots. Since we stayed in the cold seasons and the weather wasn't that nice on one day we visited the leisure center which has a pool, jacuzzi, a steam bath (mixed) and two saunas (separated). All parts are also new and we could close our day with relaxing there.
Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, nice breakfast with vegan options (but no soy yogurth!). Friendly staff and clean rooms. Sauna was good. We have stayed here before and will stay again because of the clean, modern interior and excellent location to city and old town. I can recommend this hotel and would give it 8.5/10 if that was an option.
The pool is very small and doesn’t really allow swimming. Also not everyone showers before entering the pool which is a bit inconsiderate. Wish there were signs telling people to shower first. There was a false fire alarm during our stay and unfortunately the staff failed to turn off the evacuation notice which meant that people kept coming downstairs even when it was clear that it was a false alarm. I found that very frustrating as I was enjoying the spa area just before this happened and had to evacuate with wet hair and without any belongings and then walk the stairs back up as the lifts weren’t working. Also the room didn’t really come with a view but as we were there to explore the city and not lie in the room we did not mind.

Although we only opted for a standard room, it was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Clever use of the space to incorporate plenty of storage options and really comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Immaculately clean. Rooms were serviced by the housekeeping team very promptly - they always seemed to manage to get in and clean the room whilst we were down at breakfast and were always finished by the time we returned. It’s really worth going up the pool on the top floor. Lovely facilities up there and fantastic views of the city. Breakfast buffet offered a vast array of options, including omelettes made fresh to order. Fantastic location, with the old Town within an easy ten minute walk and the very modern Roterman district - with lots of funky shops and restaurants - right behind the hotel.
Coffee machines at breakfast were a bit temperamental and needed regular attention from the staff to keep the caffeine flowing!

Great room, lovely hot shower, very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Lots of storage & great air on. Beautifully designed hotel & rooms. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice & an egg station. Big bonus was the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room. Very close to the old town & great position to explore. Loved it all.
Reception staff very efficient but not particularly friendly. When we checked out, they didn’t even ask if we’d enjoyed our stay or wish us a good journey home. The chap in the spa area was not at all friendly or helpful & told us off for walking in with our trainers on, even though they were clean.

Wonderful location. Great room. Effecient staff. First of all, the location is spot on. turn right and you can be in old town in 10 minutes, turn left and there's a selection of trendy bars and shops. The hotel itself is nice and modern and the room was well sized. We didn't eat in the hotel or have the breakfast as we wanted to try some of the nearby cafes. Likewise we didn't use the facilities such as the suana, etc. so I can't comment on either. Staff were fine. Polite and effecient, but not overly friendly, but that's fine.
Nothing really. A free breakfast would have been nice, but honestly the hotel met all my expectations.

We loved the online check-in and check-out options as well as e-door key :) our deluxe family room was really spacious, including the bathroom! The bed was comfortable and we in general felt very comfortable. The breakfast was amazingly delicious and of a decent selection for every taste, with gluten/dairy-free options available as well. The leisure zone has great views and it was an amazing way to end a long day of walking in Tallinn. They have underground parking where you can reserve a spot in advance which was very convenient with a toddler.
I missed heaters in the bathroom to hang our bathing suits on - they did not dry out properly overnight. The AC did not work when we arrived but was promptly fixed

After spending the first three nights in the Old Town, we were happy to end our 10 day visit to Estonia at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn. Very central to the Old Town and to shops, restaurants and public transport. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was packed with individuals and large groups, and yet the breakfast room staff worked at a fast speed to ensure everything is replenished. What a spread, it is more like a brunch, and all delicious. We were a group of 5, including 2 teenagers. 2 in our party enjoyed the pool and spa on the 8th floor.
Nothing! Everything is perfect. It was our mistake to attempt to park our 8 passenger people carrier in the hotel underground parking. It was a tight squeeze. Obviously it is only for smaller vehicles! Nevertheless, our excellent designated driver managed to get out the following morning without any damage to the van. This comment is for any travellers who have a similar size vehicle.

Modern and clean rooms, nice fancy details like the electronic key and possibility to chat with the staff via Hotelbuddy. We had a double room on the 7th floor with great views! The breakfast was excellent, only the juices were poor quality. The spa is nice and clean with spectacular views! Location couldnt be better.
Maybe the fact that women and men share the steam sauna and there is no divider; if you are naked in the shower area, and the door opens, one can see you from the sauna without a problem.
