We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam Jeddah. The location is ideal, approximately 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. It's also close to several shopping centers and just a short drive to the beautiful Jeddah Corniche, perfect for family outings. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We really appreciated the comfortable rooms and great amenities. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking to explore Jeddah!

We had a very pleasant stay, comparing to few others hotel in SA that we visited this was realy best one. Cleanlines and equipment of the room, very helpful staff, one of the best breakfasts you can imagine with so many choices of different cuisines, fresh juices, perfect coffee etc. In total - highly recommended for stay for those, who suits the position. It is not so close to historical town centre, but it is half way between centre and Jeddah economic city with many possibilities for sea lesure time - beachec. Very close to the airport and north part of Jeddah Corniche. Next time we will definitely come again.

The hotel was clean and the customer service was great. One of the Managers Muhammad Shahin (I think) went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There were emergency works taking place in the swimming pool, which we found out when we checked in- my kids were looking forward to the pool, Muhammad made alternative arrangements at another sister hotel for us to use. They even provided transportation. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all the time. My kids enjoyed their time. The rooms were spacious too.

I stayed at this hotel for just one day to be close to the airport, and it was a great experience. The hotel is very new, with clean rooms and nice facilities. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The staff were all young, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and a pleasant stay near the airport!

Very good hotel with clean well equipped gym on highest level overlooking the city with a pool and an impressive selection of cuisine for breakfast that would satisfy any visitor. The hotel is very accessible, close to the airport as well as the city and different malls and great for commuters. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable to work from. Staff is very kind, courteous and helpful making our visit a delightful one.

Reception staff extremely friendly and smiley - really nice welcome after a late flight. The beds were really comfortable, we were on 6th floor and it was so quiet, room was the perfect temperature as well. Everything new and clean. Breakfast was amazing and they even gave us some take out coffee for our onward trip! Brilliant. Highly Recommend - we will be back!

Road noise was a real bummer. Next time i will Ask for a room away from the street. No disposable makeup brushes for the ladies. C'mon guys, it's 2024!

Ideally located in the vicinity of airport. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom very well designed.

TV remote did not work properly. There was no hair dryer in the room.

High quality room, great attention to detail, amazing amenities. This hotel was planned, constructed and is still operated to offer premium guest experience. The breakfast experience is superb. You get a lot of value for what you pay for.
