Location close the my places of meetings. Staff friendly , ready to serve & care. Room clean and comfortable with all expected amenities. My car broke down, minutes maintenance engineer sorted it out and I was bale to reach my meeting place on time. I had stayed at his facility few times before. This time stay was amazing. Most probably staff has gone through extra trainings.

Rooms are so big, very rare to see this size in other hotels and a very friendly team.

If you park your car at the front side of the hotel then you need to pay for the parking facility. There is no sign to explain that so most of the visitors who are not familiar with this (like me) they would not know that they need to pay. Next day I didn't find my car, it was towed. I which the hotel reception to start alerting the guests that they need to pay for the front parking so they don't suffer like me.

I loved the ambiance - it’s peaceful and relaxing , although the furniture is quite old but it is clean. The staff are nice and accommodating.

The pillow is really uncomfortable because it’s lumpy and old. And no toothbrush and only 1 pair of slippers . they should have checked the number of guests .

They upgraded one king room to an executive suite and gave us connected rooms However despite giving our time of arrival in advance (6 PM) they made us wait for 20 minutes in the lobby to prepare the rooms which is unexpected of the brand name and price tag Additionally, the AC was not working properly in one of the rooms

The staff are very approachable and very accommodating. Specially on the front desk. They are very friendly which i really liked. We came late and we asked if we could check out late and they approved my request. They also give us a very nice room. It’s my first time to visit in Alkhobar. And one of the best hotel in the city is crowne plaza. Thank you so much and i will definitely come back again.🙂

Feel comfortable and safe staying in crowne.

The bed should be change some mattress. The bed also is small even the size is a twin. The TV should be change as well to the latest brand. The breakfast is good but if you will stay for 2 or more days the menu should be change daily. Its repeating the menu daily.

The magnetic card needs many trials to work in elevators The closet with mirror in the room was about to fall down in me when i opened it to put something in it

I have standard King Room, which is very specious. Overall room conditions and amenities in the room are very good. Room service is also quick.

Very narrow and insufficient parking space. Long waiting time for check-in. One of the security guards at the main gate was so rude.

1- Deluxe King room was quite spacious, with a sitting area as in the pictures. 2- Toilet was also spacious with a shower cabin & tub. 3- Hotel is very clean & well maintained. 4- Location is quite good. 5- Relatively good value for money.

1- Wifi was not working. I informed the housekeeping staff who sent the engineer & wasn’t able to fix the problem.

Hotel lecated near a mall as well as several facilities. Nice option for food in the hotel, but due to Ramadan, there were some limitations but nevertheless, was totally acceptable.
