It was our first Umrah diy and Emaar Royal Hotel made it memorable. The location of the hotel is great! It is a walkable distance to the mosque, there are a lot of shops nearby. During our stay, Mohammad Tohid & Harun took care of us during our 6 nights stay. They cleaned our rooms daily and replenished all the water, soaps and towels. We appreciate all the efforts for making our stay memorable.

This is my favorite hotel in Madinah — truly deserving of a five-star rating. It’s consistently clean, quiet, and staffed by genuinely friendly people. This time, I had a short stay with my extended family, and it felt extra special. Special thanks to Floor Supervisor Ahmed Saber and his assistant Farouk for their hospitality and helpfulness. The young receptionist was welcoming and cheerful, always ready to assist. And I can’t forget Anwar, the bellboy, whose service was equally commendable. I will stay here only next time, in sha Allah

The location is great, only 5 minutes from the prophet's mosque. They have a great breakfast , the restaurant manager Mr.Ibrahim Mady is so friendly and trying to do his best to keep all guests satisfied. Surely would go there again.

On our arrival to the hotel , they tried to send us to another cheaper and lower rated hotel as an upgrade. I was shocked from their request as this is not an option. When I refused my booking being transferred to another hotel they stopped checking me in and said that I have to wait till 16:00 as this is the the check in time. But thanks to Mr.Ibrahim as he solved the problem and had us checked in .

Good check in and staff at reception Mohammed was very cooperative and gave me what I needed and also we checked in at 12 pm instead of 4. The location is good especially for ladies. Free parking is available all the time. Number of elevators are good as well. The cleaning staff is good. I always hang the label to clean my room when i am out and when I come back I see it cleaned.

The bathroom has a bad smell and the water faucet malfunctioned and leaked. The electrical outlet will turn off when you turn off the lights.. It is like they are puting 1 or 2 sockets to charge your devices while sleeping.

I would like to thank the manager Abeer for her kindness and noble morals. She helped me a lot and was very cooperative, both with me and with other customers whom I saw with my own eyes how she dealt with. I thank the hotel management for choosing a beautiful and honest relations manager. I will repeat my visit here again. The room was clean and a fruit basket was sent. The cleaning staff were very cooperative and quick to respond. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. It lacks an egg station, but the advantages of the management and the cheerful and cooperative employees cover up all the shortcomings in the hotel 🌺🌺🌺🌺

This is a nice hotel with about 5-7 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabi. I have stayed at this hotel before and decided to stay again since I enjoyed my stay the last time. The check-in staff and the concierge was friendly and helpful and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a decent size as well. I must say that I was very impressed by the room service. I was on the 3rd floor and the house keeping staff Ibrahim and Rizwan were absolutely wonderful. There did an excellent job cleaning the room very quickly and were always ready to help. Its staff like Ibrahim and Rizwan which really makes us come back to the same hotel again and again. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Emaar Royal with my family. The room was very comfortable, neat, and clean, with a cozy bed and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The room service staff was amazing, and ensuring everything was perfect. A special mention to Mr. Abdulrahman Amjad, who handled our check-in quickly and efficiently—such a kind and welcoming person! Checkout was also smooth and hassle-free. One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location, being very close to Haram, near gates 338-339, which made it extremely convenient for us. Overall, my family loved the stay, and I would highly recommend Emaar Royal to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and proximity to the Haram. We will definitely be returning!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Especially Sulayman the house keeper took great care of us and would clean our room and bathroom without us having to ask. When he was off work, Mohamed dud the same. Reception lady was very helpful too. Food was good plenty of variety with fresh fruits too. Only thing I can say is to add a omlette/egg station and more hot beverage options. Location was fantastic, very close to haram. The management are always working on improvements and we also took part in a survey at the restaurant. Would stay again.

All was good. Coffee shop much more dearer than Emaar Grand Hotel in Makkah. E.g. pizza slice 10sr where as in Makkah a whole pizza was 10sr. Mentioning Makkah Hotel name as they are under the same group.

Location Despite my booking was at Emar Royal hotel but when I reached the hotel for check in they informed me that I have been upgraded to be moved to Al Madinah Mövenpick hotel and they have arranged taxi to drop me at the Al Madinah Mövenpick. So my review actually for Al madinah Mövenpick.
