View from our room, super clean and comfortable, great breakfast, some excellent staff members

On arrival asked if we could extend our stay at reception and this was confirmed. Then we get a message saying book your extra nights through booking.com, we try and find out the hotel is fully booked so we had to leave. Really didn’t want that to happen as we need the longer break.

Breakfast is very good. The same restaurant offers excellent dinner. Its pizza is excellent.

The road to the entrance to the hotel is in poor condition: broken and bumpy. The same is true for the car park. On rainy days there are pools of water everywhere.

Breakfast was complete, was a little bit early but it affers a lot of good things, the room was quiet, a little bit old fasshion but propper

the only thing about restaurant is that you can choose an specific table you want. Room was a little bit small, the desk was not so propperly to work, if you work remotlely room is not the best. All hotel is nice, but rooms are old feshioned

We LOVED this hotel. Such a beautiful lobby view and the comfiest of beds. Super clean with daily housekeeping. A little bit off the main road in comparison to other hotels but it’s only a 10 minute walk downhill so wasn’t a problem at all. A must stay

Great location on a hill with nice view over Ushuaia. Lounge and the restaurant of the hotel are great. The rooms are comfortable but a bit outdated and warm (february). Breakfast is basic but fine.

Everything was great, the location, good internet connection, clean, the staff was kind and answered all my questions.

Shower tan out of hot water, was not enough for two showers.

Room was large and comfortable with a great view. Breakfast buffet selection was great. The hotel is located just outside the city centre and within walking distance to the port and city centre.

Super nice hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable. the view from the lobby and the breakfast room is 5 star and the breakfast is actually great. Definitely recommend

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms

A bit further to walk into town but overall safe to do so.
