The room and cleanliness was exceptional. Cleaning staff excels. Finally a "pet fee" that was reasonable. So many hotels are using the pet fee to make up "perceived" short-comings in room rates. From customer's point......just a tax. Booking should do something about this. "Pet fee" should be included in listings.

"Marginal" breakfast. I get it.....these days (with food prices), it's tough. Staff member at desk (4 PM Monday June 16th) did her job but could be friendlier...more congenial.

If you're looking for Value - this hotel won't disappoint! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a variety of choices for breakfast food and beverages. The kitchenette staff promptly cleaned tables and counters and refilled any food items which were getting low.

Using the shuttle from the airport I arrived with two heavy suitcases, my carryon & personal item. When I went in to get a dolly, UNFORTUNATELY I found the elevator OUT of SERVICE and all rooms on the main floor were full. Being a senior, I found lugging the luggage both up and down the stairs a bit difficult -- even with the desk clerk offering to help.

Staff friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness & comfort. The main level breakfast nook is great. It's near the airport with a provided shuttle.

Although the Television programming offered a variety of viewing. (Including the new USA channel) there was only one (CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION) CBC channel. There were multiple news channels but the 24 hour CBC NEWS NETWORK was not included. This is an EASY FIX and I'm hoping I will find this channel included on the programming on my next stay.

The staff communicated well, promptly and clearly before our arrival, answering all of our questions. Once we arrived, staff was very accommodating and allowed us late check out due to our very late arrival. It was nice to have the juices and coffee machines for breakfast. The actual beds were very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

The breakfast was satisfactory, although much of the food had a lot of sugar in it. Something nice would be fresh fruit or something, as even the Quaker oats had sugar in them. As well, nearly every breakfast item included disposable plastic, including utensils. Just by consuming a regular breakfast, our small family threw away lots of unnecessary waste.

front desk service, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30am and had to wait at the front desk for over 30min with 5 children, we searched every floor of the hotel and called the front desk numerous times trying to find someone to check us in, when the girl finally showed up to help us she said we had been marked as a no show even though we had informed them when we books the rooms that we wouldn't be checking in till 2am as our flight didn't arrive till 1:30am

Great location for airport, right next to Tim hortons for my chilli.easy access to hwy 2 for Edmonton and Calgary. LeDuc has everything you need

The area to the side where the bench is had a lot of glass around and maintenance things which not great looking or to walk the dog

Beds comfortable. Location was good.

We get up late, as we were with family that live there, stayed I week….Grad, Dance, Rodeo, Fair , oilers game. So the food that was available to everyone else was not available to us,, eggs, toast, pancakes even though it was only 10:00 not yet 11:00…. “Really upsetting as we paid for breakfast”, but we had to eat out a lot.

Housekeeping Staff always friendly and helpful.Will stay here again for sure.

West Side of the Hotel, where the Picnic Table is, had trash and light bulbs laying all over. Should be Cleaned up, to Avoid small children from getting injured. Has been a mess for Months now.

Great service, I really appreciated the shuttle and the quick and easy check-in in the middle of the night. The room was super clean and the beds comfortable. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Good selection for breakfast. Overall great value for money.

The elevator and hallways are stuffy and have a strong smoke-like smell although the hotel is non smoking but luckily the room was ok so it didn't bother much.

Nice and clean, basic hotel. Great place to take a quick rest and a shower during my stopover flights while travelling. Price is right!

I noticed there are now lots of people on community services funding staying at this hotel long term. No negative experiences yet with this but I know when a hotel switches to this model, quality and cleanliness declines quickly. I think I will be staying elsewhere from now on.
