The lady at the front desk at late afternoon on September 17th was exceptionally friendly. It was most appreciated after a long day. Also, we requested a late check out as we were having fall service work done on our RV in Morinville. This was granted and it made our stay very convenient and more comfortable than sitting in our vehicle waiting for the work to be completed. We also greatly appreciate the hotel's friendly and welcoming attitude towards our pet.

Easy to go get to from the north end, happy to provide extra towels for the room and the pool, good breakfast, pool and hot tub

Slow commute to get into Edmonton, staff member sucking back snaught while helping me at check in was not ideal, no staff at the counter around breakfast time then came around the corner with Tim Hortons in hand (appeared to have left duties to go get himself food and coffee from elsewhere), pool and hot tub could be cleaner

I travel a lot with my job so I stay at many hotels. This is by far one the better ones I’ve ever stayed. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries which is rare for hotels. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s even board games in the front lobby which my kids and I had a few hours of fun with. The pool and hot tub are clean and that slide is surprisingly fast and fun. We stayed there twice now, and it won’t be the last.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were greeted with with a warm reception and everything was smoothly explained. The breakfast in the morning that was included was outstanding and extra hygienic with everything available in individual portions.

The pool was quite small so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub area. There were 10 people in the area and it felt maxed out for sure.

The breakfast is continental style. They have cream cheese for their bagels along with a good selection of yogurt. Omelettes and sausage are also available, although you may want to warm up the omelette a little in the available microwave. Very enjoyable breakfast. I also loved the fact that they had a destination charger on site for our electric vehicle. Amazingly friendly staff.

The only thing I can think of would be to have bottled water for the coffee machine in the room and possibly ceramic cups instead of paper. Everything else in the room was top notch. Great value for the price.

The hotel is new. The room wa clean, quiet. The bed was comfortable, pillows were great. Breakfast was better than most of the breakfasts presented in most hotels these days. there was also a pool, sauna and weight room

Hotel is located at the very far north of St.Albert.

There was a wide variety of choices for the breakfast from cereal to hot items. The fridge and counters were well stocked and the dining and food area was very clean. There was lots of fruit. The staff were excellent and very accomodating.

Add a few more sweet items besides the cinnamon buns.

The breakfast was delicious! The pancake machine was easily the best part. The pool was also great. Very clean, the slide was fun, and the hot tub is a decent size.

Breakfast is great. Parking space kind a little tight and still has construction fences beside property.

Parking Space. Breakfast too ealry closing at 9:30am Seen guest upset closing early. Most hotels they are open until 10am and some are ive experience until 11am.
