Found it very clean on the outside as well as the inside

Just that I thought kids had to be out of the pool at 9 pm we went down to enjoy hot tub but we didn’t last long there was 10 Kids from soccer team that was there in the pool they were so loud it just echo through the whole pool area we had to leave we couldn’t even talk to each other it was like being in a loud night club we weren’t able to enjoy out hot tub I do understand kids are kids staff should check and make sure the kids are out for people to go and enjoy the pool area I did see 2 people walk out when they saw what was going on

Every thing was above my expectations. Breakfast was exceptionally great. Facility was clean and staff are absolutely amazing. One of the staff we met during breakfast was so nice and polite with a very cheerful facial expression. Gym and swimming pool area was great. This will certainly be my go to place when ever I visit Kamloops

It had just one elevator but for the size of the hotel that is okay, its just that I could smell cigarette's inside the elevator which of course is coming from guests who just finished smoking I suppose. There nothing the hotel can do about that

Excellent stay! This will be my go to hotel for next time I’m in Kamloops. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was clean and warm enough to swim comfortably in the winter, staff were very friendly. Our room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t fully functioning.

I liked the onsite breakfast, lots of options The swimming pool and jacuzzi Room size and fridge in room liked that there was a bath as well as shower coffee offerings in the reception area were welcome Fab sized television

the duvets on the bed are ridiculously thin for winter months and i had to use extra blanket but only one supplied per room but 2 beds. Air conditioning took ages to warm room up and under floor heating in bathroom didn't work

Room size was great for our family of five and was comfortable and clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces.

Not the best location to explore Kamloops as a bit out of the centre - but we knew that in advance. There was also a small mouse (or shrew) in the breakfast room.

The property was easy to find either smoke parking. Staff were exceptional and super helpful. Room was large and very comfortable.

We are tea drinkers. A kettle and small milk would be useful but not a deal breaker as there is a full station in the lobby along with fresh cold water.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

Couldn’t fault anything.

Comforable, quiet hotel. We were given quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. Excellent, as many hotels are noisy and asking for quiet rooms often exceeds staff competences. Breakfast correct but limited choice.

No restaurant.

Friendly helpful staff who provided additional items when requested, large lobby with free coffee machine, varied breakfasts with a large breakfast room, large room with amazing view. The hot tub in the pool was warm and clean.

The bigger pool was cold! But this appears to be the same in most hotels.

Breakfast was very good

I think if there's one thing, more of an observation; the window looking into the gym should be frosted so people can't see in or out to maintain privacy for everyone.
