The restaurant downstairs was delicious and beautifully decorated, but very slow service. The beds were super comfy, coffee was great, all the staff were great. I’d love to stay again.

The pool was pretty gross. Understandably, though, as there was a hockey tournament with lots of boys! It just was not clear at all. Could’ve used a shock or two!

Spotless, huge, family suite. So difficult to find rooms for family of 5 with separate sleeping areas and kitchen facilities. This surpassed all expectations in the spaciousness and spec/decor. Pool and water slide and hot tub were great treat! We had this to ourselves after long drive from Jasper, great to unwind and kids loved this.

Restaurant was too busy ? Under staffed. Reviews were good but we decided to drive somewhere else to eat after waiting considerable time for someone to order. We were warned it might take a while for the server so staff were trying to forewarn us.

Good location. View of smokey city to NW. Lots of food services choices in area as well as gas stations. Located on a main bus route. Room looked remodeled. Clean. Good HVAC controls. Nice toiletries. Comfortable bed. Two chairs including nice desk chair. Complimentary coffee and tea including Decaf which I like. Other coffee available in Main Lobby.

Thin floors. Third floor unit had someone running around stomping on floor til midnight. Spoiled my experience. No one at desk to take my complaint. No tissue paper (Kleenex).

Check in staff was great. The restaurant was fantastic.

Lounge was not open. Underutilized space. I had to turn the hot water on full blast to have a warm shower. It never did get up to full temperature.

The property was clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. Great food and amazing service.

Cost was a bit high.

Great location, pet friendly, and nice, newly renovated rooms.

It would be great if there were more green space near by since it is pet-friendly, for bathroom breaks. Not much sound proofing between the different levels (ie kids running around above can be easily heard).

The AC saved us! Kamloops was so hot and the room was so nice and cool! The room was very spacious and clean! We really enjoyed the pool facilities! The water slide was a great bonus!

Nothing to complain about! Everything was great!

Disappointed that the pool, hot tub and hotel pub were all closed, during our stay and that we weren’t offered a reduced booking price because of this! If they would have posted something on their website about the closures, we would have had the option to choose somewhere else that had these things to offer!

Loved the newness and cleanliness of the building

I have stayed at many Best Western hotels over the years. I have always appreciated the morning breakfast provided the morning after. However, at this hotel, one of the most expensive I have ever stayed at, I was told we would receive a $15 voucher for breakfast when we checked in. In the morning, I was told no, the voucher was not included in the room rate. So, I have decided not to stay in the Premier levels anymore and stay in the more economical Best Westerns' where breakfast is included, and I am given the same message at check in and the morning after. The staff were amazing! Helpful regarding burnt out light in our room, directions to things in the area. Even allowed us to park by the main doors as there was no stalls left and the street behind was also full.

The tab in the tub dripped and wasn't fixed when we asked.
