The staff were so welcoming, kind, and so nice to our kids. Thank you, Sheila, for being so nice to them and for the toys 🧸 you definitely gave us a great impression of the hotel. We were told what was happening in town and all the services they provided. The rooms were very clean. Lots of room, coffee machine was great. It was quiet. Comfortable bed and soft towels. There are toiletries, and the shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. The whole family loved staying there. Loved that you could press the maid button if your room needed cleaning. The view was absolutely beautiful. We can not wait to come back.

Nothing. The place is great.

The location was amazing with views of the water, mountains and the bridge. Lots of walking options. We stayed in the family room which was perfect with the kids. Lots of room and a door opening to a deck and small yard. The room was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Wi-Fi was great. Lots of plug ins for everyone's devices.

The first night we had a hard time sleeping as there is an entrance door at that end of the building which would slam every time someone came in or out. There was a group of young people staying the night our first night there and coming in through this door until 3 am. The next night was better with less people going out in the middle of the night. The front staff were very understanding provided us with a free breakfast for the next day.

Location , cleanliness, pleasant and accommodating staff

Not sure if the Restaurant is operated by hotel or others but this was a huge let down. Food quality was ok but, but way over priced for what you were getting. Service was inadequate, very slow. Drinks sitting on bar. Our table was right next to the drink pickup location. Service staff were stretched too thin. Not efficient sections. Not sure if a manager was even present on the floor. Felt kinda bad for complaining to our server as he was trying but was waiting on the kitchen and had tables in and out.

My breakfast was delicious however upon arrival we were told by the young lady that there is no room because of a Chamber of Commerce group. I left and then my husband went and asked the young man and he showed him to a table. We noted that the young lady kept turning people away and the young man found tables for guests. There was clearly a problem here as there were empty tables. This is very frustrating for guests. Also there was a grad going on so we were not able to have dinner there. Otherwise the food was great, the front desk staff exceptional, and the hotel very nice.

The restaurant service could have been better.

Lovely patio. Excellent staff. Quiet rooms.

When we went for breakfast, time 8:00, we were told we would have a 25” wait. The entire restaurant, inside and patio, was empty except for table with 8-10 people. We were told the restaurant was “full” because of the group seated. We watched as several groups, couples to 4, were turned away for this. We travel on a motorcycle and navigating the roads to find a place open was a big inconvenience. This experience affects my recommendation of your facility. The table of people seated was a reservation so there was time to accommodate more staff.

The staff at the front desk were excellent; the room was lovely and spacious. having a gym is great. The restaurant was excellent.

the room was not as clean as one might expect, more the details such as the glass and mirrors, the room kitchenette. The gym had no air conditioning, and if 2 people in and using the weights only had one set so if the other is using them then it might be tricky to also use the space.

the location on the lake and a balcony gave us a terrific view that was relaxing and restorative. It was a short walk to the town which was good, we were away from any noise but had good access to stores and some really great restaurants. The pool in the hotel was not huge but big enough to do laps and the machines in the workout room well maintained. Finally, the staff could not have been more positive, helpful and knowlegeable.

Cannot find fault with this hotel

Beautiful location. We had a wonderful weekend away. Staff was amazing, from the front desk, restaurant to the coffee shop. All friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better view from our room. Enjoyed the sunset on our patio each evening. Will definitely be coming back.

Only complaint, I couldn’t stay longer.

The hotel is very cozy but stylish. Very clean. The location is great if you want to be close to the lake, beach, park. It is a couple of blocks from downtown so it is quiet and feels safe. Great coffee shop.

Restaurant is still way below Nelson level which is pretty high. There were a lot of improvements done but it is still missing the mark especially if compared to the hotel level.

Clean, large modern rooms. Lots of parking near your room. Good amenities, two restaurants and a coffee shop, nice fitness room, pool, and hot tub.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the shore of the lake, however it's not near any shops or restaurants. You need to drive to everything.
