I like the friendliness and the support provided by the staff. In particularly Shivani who was very proactive to go an extra mile to reassure that I would be informed when my credit card arrives on mail, when I was checking out of the hotel. Sure she did. Promise kept. Yogita was delightful and always professional and makes her guest feel on top of the world. Every single staff I had met was nice and friendly, from the reception to the kitchen. It was overall a great experience because of the people.

The gym is not very well equipped. Also, I would prefer to have a steam room and sauna to unwind after a busy day.

Good breakfast served from 6.30am weekdays. Coffee and tea and chilled water available at all times in reception area, in addition to pod coffee machine in room. Twin queen beds in room very comfortable. The only thing that would be nice, in summer at least, would be a balcony. Pool is small but a useful addition. Gym better equipped than expected. Location does mean driving or 15 min walk to town centre, lake front and restaurants. Plenty of free parking at hotel.

We were very happy with the hotel and facilities. No unnecessary frills but everything that was needed.

The Marriot once again does not disappoint. You would honestly not regret staying here. So my best advice for anyone think of staying here is simple: Just stay here! For the price you pay, I feel it is definitely worth the money. They serve a really good hot breakfast (which is a very nice change if your used to the stereotypical hotel breakfasts of cereal and toast); the beds are comfy, the staff are top notch/phenomenal. Hands down easily one of the best places I've stayed in. No competition! This was my second time staying here and I will continue to stay here whenever I roll into Penticton. There's no doubt about that

Very clean and modern room. Super comfortable beds. Showerhead had good pressure without a harsh sharp spray. Hotel is conveniently close to many key attractions in Penticton. Good included breakfast options.

I wish there was a little bedside table with charging outlet on both sides of both beds, instead of just one table between the two beds. I also wish the fridge was a bit larger - was hard to fit larger water bottles or containers of fruit in there.

I recently stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and had a generally positive experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything seemed new and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a variety of options. There was convenient free parking available and free EV stations for electric vehicles, and electric scooters were available for rent to explore the nearby area. The hotel is very close to the casino, about a 5-minute drive to the beach, and near the lazy river. There was a 24-hour coffee and tea station for guests, and we were welcomed with cold water at the reception. The hotel has a gym and a pool, we did not use these facilities. Although check-in time was officially 3 PM, we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in at noon.

The mattresses were too soft for my liking, causing some back pain, and the pillows were also uncomfortable. Additionally, while this was not the hotel’s fault, the guests in the room above us were extremely noisy, yelling and allowing their child to run and jump around from 3 AM onwards, which made it impossible for us to sleep.

The hotel is very clean and well loved by the staff, it’s obvious how much they care! The breakfast is always fresh, well stocked and very well tended to by the staff. We absolutely love staying here, it feels like home, maybe even better with the pool and hot tub (which are always clean and lovely). Excellent job everyone!!!

Not one thing we can think of.

Very clean and spacious rooms. High ceilings give good air circulation and feeling of spaciousness. Air conditioning worked very well. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Convenient EV Charger at the front and an electric scooter stand which was handy. Weekend front desk staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly in spite of having to manage a number of different customers at the same time.

They seemed a bit stretched in terms of staff. The staff were efficient and working hard but there weren't enough to handle the busy weekend customers. Breakfast was often out of something, long lines at the front, long waits for pool towels.

The breakfast was good, enjoyed the alternating scrambled eggs or cheese omelet, waffles, and yogurt. They also had banana/apples, bagels, hot oatmeal and cereal. Staff were friendly. Location was great to walk to the Penticton Trade and Conference centre. Could also walk to the beach or a very short drive.

Lovely hotel. The room is very spacious. It has a fridge and large TV. The blinds are very efficient in keeping the light out. The hotel has a free ev car charger, complimentary breakfast which was pretty good, a small pool and hot tub and a small gym. The beds were comfy. Staff was professional, attentive and patient especially Diana. Scooters were handy .Nice central location. Very dog friendly

The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and open for long hours. Very handy to have the scooters at the front ( helmets available at the front desk) and the electric charger for the car. This hotel is also pet friendly and they give you a cute little goody bag for your dog

They still seem a bit short staffed in terms of re-stocking the breakfast, pool towels and the housekeeping staff.
