Loved the apartment, had everything we needed. It was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. One being ensuite. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was extremely nice with choices for picky eaters, as well as it was included with the hotel. The pool was lovely, it was outside and was still a lovely temperature with a jacuzzi round the side. The balcony was a nice place to sit outside and inside was just right. It was the best hotel I've stayed in, in Canada and storage spaces were perfect. (Staff were very nice, greeted you all the time)

The apartment did have a faint smell to it. There is currently construction work around the back which we couldn't hear but did affect the view. It is out of the way slightly, a car is definitely recommended. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best.

Booked the Executive Suites for one night on our way to Whistler and we were very surprised when we arrived as it was far nicer than we had expected. Very friendly staff. We had ordered two rooms for us and our family and the one we were allocated for us and our daughter was huge. We were at the back with a view of the mountain and the lake. Plus two bathrooms and the largest table we had ever had in a hotel room plus a larger balcony at the back with seating for 8. The other bedroom was smaller but perfectly formed with a kitchen area and a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal. They also had a small gym which we used. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was perfect for our visit with family. We had a well stocked kitchen, plus full sized frig and stove to provide drinks & meals to visitors. Our grandsons were excited to come and enjoy the pool and hot tub, even tho the weather was raining & cold…the pool was covered by a tent so totally useable in December. We were a couple of blocks from a mall with grocery & liquor store, plus other shopping…so very convenient. We plan to return and take advantage of the attached restaurant, which looked very nice. And the staff were great…front desk and cleaning were very friendly.

It's our home away from home. Our room had a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountains, rain or shine. I enjoyed waking up to the mountain view or just sitting in the living room and seeing the mountains outside the window. The hotel is situated far enough from the highway that you can barely hear traffic which makes it feel like a retreat. We also had a kitchenette so we were able to cook some meals if we wanted to. Our booking also included breakfast vouchers, which we could use at the hotel's restaurant called Free Bird Table & Oyster Bar. We could choose from their breakfast menu including tea or coffee, or juice for our child. The staff were all very friendly; the Front Desk, the Housekeeping, the restaurant staff. They also have a pool, hot tub and gym.

It was unfortunate that at the time of our stay, the lobby was being renovated. We hope to come back when it's fully finished. My husband used the hot tub and mentioned that the temperature could be a little bit hotter and that the jets were a little on the weaker side. Not sure if we could have adjusted the settings or if it is because so kids can use the hot tub as well? It also would be nice if a sauna was included in the hotel.

We used the hotel as a stopover on our way from Clearwater to Vancouver Island. The location is great alternative for the very busy/expensive Whistler. Staff was very friendly, did print off instructions on the closed roads caused by the Grand Fondo passing by which caused some delay and detour on our way to the ferry. Eventhough the room was not very large, the way it was decorated it did give a very spacious feeling. The staff in the bar was equally very friendly. Yet we can recommend the pasta at pepe's only 15min walk away!

The 2nd bed (sofa bed) was not very comfortable.

We loved everything about this hotel. Fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. Very spacious suite. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom, which was very clean. We managed to use the pool and hot tub every day as neither was too busy. Location was ideal as it is close to the main highway but far enough away to be quiet. 15 minute walk from a small shopping area with a couple of good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff.

The swimming pool was perfect for small children and the 2 bedroom apartment meant we had lots of space. It was very comfortable - the staff made the apartments super clean and tidy every day too. A good sized gym with everything you need. The restaurant had a great selection of food on offer. Very peaceful and quiet.

I loved the views from out the window and how there is a schedule for children to be in the pool. I loved the fact that there is an outside area at the hotel it gives off a lot of freedom the space is big and nice. I loved how they left lots of cooking supplies.

I didn't like the head of the shower, and how loud the air conditioning it was, and at around 3:23 am the radio started talking to me, like really loudly wich started me quite a bit took some time to turn off.

Beautiful surroundings, the walks from the hotel are great and there is some great birdwatching to be had. Really well equipped room, very comfortable and nice to have a balcony. Staff really helpful and great bar and restaurant.

Carpet in room could be cleaner, bit too hairy/furry for our liking but otherwise the room was spotless.

I liked the comfy king bed. I liked the pool area. I liked the hotel restaurant. I liked the staff in the restaurant. I liked the food in the restaurant. Especially the lobster 🦞 mac & cheese. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly.

I didn’t like the vibe I got from the staff who checked us in. I didn’t like that it was quite a distance to the downtown area. I didn’t like that the HUGE balcony had a small plastic table with two plastic chairs. I didn’t like that the cement tiles were unsteady in a few places on the balcony. I didn’t like the obstructive view from the balcony. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a plug in at the pool area to plug my phone into. I didn’t like that the restaurant closed at 10:00 or 10:30pm.
