Friendly staff. The room was nice, clean and had 2 Queen beds. It had a coffee maker with coffee, sugar, cream, micro wave, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The Hotel is located downtown by the Empress Hotel, surrounded by restaurants, bars, places to browse and shop. Walking distance to everything.

Only negative was this room was beside an air duct that made a loud blowing air noise. I am a light sleeper so the noise was annoying. Also the rooms are not very soundproof so between the air duct noise and thumping footsteps and shower noise from room above I only got 5 hours sleep the first night. We had room 227.

The only complaint we had was that under the TV was very dirty, sticky, and it looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned. The only reason we even noticed was because I had dumped out my purse to get some change out, and a few coins went under the TV. We moved it back to retrieve the coins and were surprised at how dirty it was under!

I liked that the location was so handy to everything. We hardly were in our room except to sleep and it was quiet and comfortable. There was a discount for breakfast at another restaurant because the hotel restaurant was closed. Again we were rushed and wouldn't have had time to eat there as we were meeting friends early.

It seems to be expensive to stay in hotels now. I would have liked to use some of the facilities but we were busy with friends.

The room was amazing, two double beds, plenty of space. I failed to notice that breakfast was not included because they don't offer ANYTHING! I don't know why they include 'breakfast' in the above heading. That does not detract from the hotel at all as there is a good place for a good breakfast 2 minutes away.

The staff were great friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great for downtown activities and events and being central to alot of things.

The bed was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs in the middle of it.Every single door seems to slam shut ours included very hard and loud so that woke us up in the morning.There was a lot of scum build up on the shower head.

Booking.com lists a restaurant and lounge. Nothing there. I mentioned it to the front desk, he said numerous people have mentioned this, the hotel has tried to get booking.com to remove it and it hasn't happened. Had I known there wasn't a restaurant at least, I would have booked elsewhere

t The staff were very helpful. They provided maps and very good directions to the local market. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The connected pub~Smiths, was quite good value.

the plumbing and the walls were very thin so when you went to the bathroom or had a shower, it was very loud. We heard neighbours and they heard us! We could hear the next door's TV clearly and although they did turn it down on request, we could still hear everything. The market on Yates had everything you could possibly need and it ws only about 15 minutes walk away.

No breakfast, restatuant closed but gave us a coupon for 15% off another which covered the tip. Room was large and better than average. No one came in in and took our garbage when we were there. Room staff seemed to be nonexestant, but we didn't really need them. No air conditioning but didn't really need it.

A change of towels and pick up the garbage. Paying for parking.

We have come to the Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour at least 4 or 5 times, we keep choosing this hotel as the staff are always great, the location is great, as it is walkable to downtown. We park the car when we arrive, and never touch it again until we leave. Priced right.
