The property was well kept and it was exceptional value for the money. Free breakfast was great.

There was no elevator and this was not described on the website when I booked my room. I had a disability and it was very difficult for me to climb the stairs but the night staff did help me up and back down with my suitcases. I checked in Saturday night and was told breakfast was over at 10am, so when I came down for breakfast Monday morning at 9:40, breakfast was already over and cleaned up. When I questioned the front seat staff about the time, I was told that was only on the weekends that it was over at 10am. They forgot to tell me that it was over at 9:30am weekdays.

The room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really nice and snacks were available at the front desk. The maintenance person was very polite and kitchen staff were willing to help by asking.

The one thing I didn't like was when I checked out this guy was no close to being polite. No smile and no comments about thanking me for staying with the hotel. Even though he was non white too I felt he was racist toward me. I was very uncomfortable.

Clean room. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. Modern looking. Lots of cups. Pen and a few sheets of note paper in room. Fridge and microwave worked. Extra outlets beside desk. Very quiet room.

2 floors, no elevator that I saw. Bathroom fan didn't work. Room was a little dark. Sink in washroom (rather than outside so 2 people can get ready at the same time.) Only 1 waffle maker. (but had regular and blueberry flavoured mix)

Great selection of breakfast, room was great size and bathroom with good lighting and plenty of usb charging ports which was handy for us with international plugs!

A lift would of been handy to make it easier to get our suitcases up the stairs, although the lady at the desk was very kind to help us carry them up

I like the fact that the staff did not give me a hard time. They did not label me as someone who is going to cause trouble or to be rowdy. They treated me the same like any other guest.

I could not log in the wifi into my phone. I went to ask at the front desk but the staff did not bother to check if it was the right password. The next the other staff checked the password and it was spelled wrong.

Last minute booking, price was very reasonable, location great, room clean, breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

Smokers just outside our room Cigarette butts littered the sidewalk. Suggest hotel put ashtrays outside for smokers to properly dispose of their cigarette butts.

We were placed on the second floor and there was no elevator. A bit difficult when you are between 56-72 to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cost of the hotel for the night. It was expensive for a very small room for a King suite. I’ve paid less for an entire room with living room and kitchenette. The fridge didn’t have a freezer. I was travelling with breastmilk and needed to keep my ice pack frozen. Luckily I was able to get ice in the airport after security.

All was good. Comfortable clean white bedding, good breakfast with so many options. The room's temperature, noise level and contents were convenient and comfortable. wonderful shower head and convenient toiletries.

The room had no chairs.
