Room was clean and adequate for my needs, included a mini fridge. Wifi was decent but unsecure, so VPN is recommended when using it. Breakfast was provided each morning with a variety of food to choose from. There is a complimentary coffee bar also. Staff is friendly and accommodating - I had an early check-in and they accommodated me for that which was nice. Washroom looks like it was recently renovated. They have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and it's 3 minutes away from the airport, so leaving later prior to your departure is nice.

Hotel price could be better but you get what you pay for and paying a little bit more will give you a great experience. It is kind of out of the way from malls and stores so likely you'll need a short ride to reach those.

I liked how close it was to the airport and that they offer shuttle services that’s what made me choose this hotel. The breakfast was good I like that they served different types of egg each morning so it was not boring, the place was clean, staff was friendly,

The door made a loud noise when your locking the door as off the inches was swollen so when everyone left there room you know , when the cleaning staff was cleaning u knew because each door they open would make noise. And it felt like it was your door opening it was a weird. I was on the second floor

Staff were amazing! Beverly went out of her way to drop me off some necessities! THANK YOU! I arrived very late and the shuttle picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night on the coldest night of the year. If I had any constructive feedback it would only be that it was noisy on my floor.

Close to Airport, fast and free shuttle, friendly staff, nice breakfast included, beautiful large king suite with huge desk, working and sitting area, coffee, fridge and microwave in room, good value. I’m sure the other facilities on site are great too but didn’t have a chance to check them out. Definitely recommend and stay again

Breakfast was great and there was snack provided in Tuesday which was nice as well. In the room, the pillow was comfortable and clean. Nice location as well. Close to the restaurants, mall, parks and zoo. Free shuttle was excellent.

Every thing was good except the tv doesn't have Netflix. There were only regular channel.

The location of this hotel to the airport is ideal. It is comfortable and clean with spacious rooms. What makes this location excel is the staff who went out of their way to make my stay a success. From the front desk clerks to the shuttle drivers to the breakfast attendant, all were exceptional.

The room is spacious, clean, and pet friendly. The breakfast is great. They have a fitness center and a swimming pool which is great for a family stay.

Toothbrushes are not automatically given or in the washroom. You have to go down to the reception to ask for it.

Location was good

Eating breakfast you were freezing. It was cold outside but the thermostats were set at 17 and 18C You hardly started your food and it was cold. House room temperature is set at 20-21C The heating systems in the building are not working properly. I own a heating company I know issues when I see them

The bed was comfy and big. Bathroom very nice.

I was actually only there for a few hours after a flight cancellation and then unexpectedly was rescheduled for early morning. So checked in after midnight and out at 5:30 am slept 3 hours only. Would have loved to stay longer and take advantage of breakfast too

The room was very clean and the breakfast was to go from the hotel, Our flight was very early and we therefore asked for a breakfast to be packed for us. However we enjoyed a complimentary coffee before our drive arrived on time to take us to the airport.
