We were staying to celebrate my youngest child's birthday. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. Veronica was very friendly and welcoming and went through the details for our stay and really ensured that all our needs were met. She went above and beyond- going as far as to bring up a cake and a birthday card! This added touch really made our stay special. The room was amazingly clean- there were 4 teens and this had us needing extra towels, which were brought to our room in very short order. We would love to stay another time!!

The only - minor, very minor - thing that was a little... dissatifying was the children in the pool area that were 100% unsupervised. These kids were too young to be there without a guardian. I realize that this may not be something that should be held against the hotel - but it is in the agreement that is signed that minors be accompanied by adults.

We stayed at the Hilton for two days while attending a function, and the experience was excellent. The hotel graciously accommodated my request and upgraded me to their executive lounge, which was a delightful perk. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the comfortable mattress provided a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the complimentary airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, making my journey back home hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Winnipeg.

Loved the Hilton Honors perks, the coffee, breakfast and the size of the room as well as patio as I like a bit of fresh air. I appreciated not being charged for parking and all of the staff were friendly, chatty and efficient. Anything we asked for the answer was yes, from getting a few wine glasses to use and being able to take breakfast to our room. We never once heard the word no. Liked the two large TVs so I didn’t have to watch sports😜.

couch in room not comfortable. Could use freshening up. Elevators dirty but hard time of year to keep them clean.

I don't want to sound like a grumpy old guy, but the 24 hour executive lounge was looking pretty messy and depleted in the evening hourse after a large group of teens obviously had access thanks to their guardians. We can't make folks better oarents, but maybe this amenity needs to be staffed at all times?

The hotel was absolutely great and room was perfect, staff and everyone was very nice and professional. Unfortunately we never got to try the breakfast or pool as we were busy because of traveling but we would love the opportunity to stay again and enjoy our time

Nothing at all it was absolutely perfect.

Front desk staff were excellent. Checkin was a breeze and desk provided baggage assistance. Upgraded to executive VIP and received several benefits. Suite was fantastic and well appointed.

Parking was somewhat limited as there were several large events occurring. There was only one luggage cart available.

Nice room with a comfortable bed. I appreciated being upgraded to the 6th floor. I also appreciated the shuttle not only to and from the airport, but they took me to Polo Park as well. Pleasant drivers.

One of the general washrooms ran out of toilet paper during the conference.

That it’s close to most places people want to go to just to take their minds off of things.. (flying squirrel, speed world, etc..) and that the staff actually shows that they really care for their guests!

Just that some other guests were pretty noisy.. but other than that everything else was great!

Veronica, Upansa, and Sharana (spelling?), the three ladies at the front desk were excellent, very helpful and even offered to store my luggage for a few hours without me even asking!

This facility was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Spotless, well-equipped and super comfortable room. The breakfast on the executive floor was fantastic. Room service was prompt with delicious food! Highly recommend!

In all honesty... it was a great place to stay! No complaints whatsoever.
