Comfortable clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Sofa has a small laptop table. The shower is large with a low sill for easy access and the bathroom has a bright LED no-fog mirror. The room is equipped with lots of USB and AC ports for the recharge of devices. There is a breakfast buffet served on the main floor included in the cost of the room. Parking is free and they have two EV Type 2 charging spots. The front desk staff at both check in and out were very friendly. We have stayed here before and likely will again because it makes travel easy.

The shower does not have safety grab bars. The location is fine when driving but it is not good for walking with no close access to parks, venues, attractions or shopping.

Location

Breakfast, nothing much and overall food choice was very very limited, just 3 items (see below comment), repetitive and below basic. In addition They mix the same dish with 3 compartments which included Pork/meat with Potato and omelet . Those who wanted to avoid meat and pure vegan could not enjoy the potato and omelet. Very Disappointing. This was a major issue for those who stay for few days. The management need to look into this seriously.

Easy access from the express way for car travel. Quality room for the expense. Good morning breakfast. Friendly staff. We will stay at the location next time we visit family. Liked the fact that there was a green area beside the hotel _ relaxing to view from the room.

Traffic on the expressway. The need for a few more check out carts. Parking spots somewhat limited. What else is there to say that traffic conditions are always a headache maybe some free headache pills.

The place is very clean, I'm usually very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I check the mattress, underneath the bed and the toilet, before I use the room just in case! But everything was good. We only stayed one night and took the 2 queen bed studio, which was very well designed, spacious, and enough to fit more than the 4 of us. Staff at the reception were very welcoming, and when I requested late check out, they allowed us to stay for another 1 hour. My son had to attend to a virtual interview after we checked out, and they offered him a focus room so he could do his call. They are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good for the prices of the room. You can make your own waffle, which I find a smart idea. All in all , it was an amazing experience.

Nothing, the location is perfectly situated inside Burlington but if you are visiting Mississauga or Toronto, it's about 30 min drive, which we didn't mind

The heated pool area was open until 10pm so we had plenty of time to enjoy it after our check in. It’s a pet friendly hotel so I was able to bring my pups and green space is nearby. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of choices. Most importantly, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and made it a lovely atmosphere for our family reunion!

The rooms were gorgeous, the amenities were great, the only small drawback was that (tho they looked beautiful) the beds weren’t as comfortable to sleep in as they looked. Also the website neglected to mention a 50$ pet fee that covers up to a week of stay, so actually not bad, but given it was only a night-just an unexpected charge that would have been nice to know prior (should have come up on my booking IMO).

The addminites the friendliness of all the staff. Very clean and helpfulness of the staff. Sherrlyin at the front desk was very warm and friendly to me and my specialneed son. She saw I had a small room and it wouldn't be to good for my son wheelchair and she help me get in to a accessible room that will work perfectly for my so and his wheelchair. She was a great help to me and my son she is a caring person.

There was nothing I didn't like I like everything

Great breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. We were there for a hockey tournament and the arena was walking distance from the hotel so couldn’t have asked for a better location.

The bar closed at 11 pm. I didn’t like how the bathroom door in the room didn’t have a lock. The room seemed smaller than advertised. Also we had to sign a no partying form with some ridiculous stipulations that if weren’t followed we would be charged 250$. Also there was no option for late checkout the front desk said it was company policy, I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and always was able to get late checkout especially on a Sunday.

Very clean Hotel and staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the perfect thing after a long flight and in preparation for another long flight. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - great variety of options and staff were again very warm and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will come here exclusively again in future!

Rooms were great size ; well stocked ; comfortable bed and furniture; bathroom was very modern and clean; easy check in and check out ; great amenities- gym, pool , dining area.. Complimentary breakfast was a great extra ; staff was amazing

There was a group of families with kids.. The dads were shouting and cursing out on the corridor til 12 midnight. Otherwise everything was great

Good hotel, clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. Staff is also very courteous.

Some pet dogs of guests dirtied the breakfast room and the elevators. Also someone was continuously taking the luggage carts to their room and usin g it to tie up their dog. The ccart, when it appeared after 2 days, was full of dog hair. Such guests should be fined.
