The best part of this hotel is the staff…friendly, attentive and alway on standby ready to help out. There are many similar style hotels on this lovely town, but the staff here makes Travelodge standout. It is not a high end place, but well cared for and has all the basics. One of the best value hotel/motels in town.

The bathroom tubs/showers do not have any traction as part of the design and there are no rubber bathmats available. Definitely a safety hazard!

Great stay, very comfortable, staff is great! Nice they include a bag breakfast to help start your day! Very accommodating, love that rooms have a front and back doors! A little bit like home! We bring our bicycles so great location and many stores and restaurants within walking distance!

I like the location, check in host (forgot his name) was friendly and helpful. Area and surroundings was quiet and respectful guests. Appearance of the hotel was appealing and well maintained. Hospitality ladies were pleasant.

Room request when booking was met except for towels which we had to go back to the office to ask for some. The room was a bit stuffy, dusty and carpet had crumbs. The washroom fan did not work well, foggy mirror.

This place was immaculate, loved our room which had a patio, Great continental breakfast, staff was friendly..Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Beds were very comfy. Overall very happy and will definitely stay here again!!!

Pillows!!

We were very happy with this hotel. Our room had a back patio door which opened onto the pool. This was wonderful! So easy to slip out and jump in the heated outdoor pool. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and newly refurbished. The hotel provides pool towels. It was a short drive to downtown Gananoque-about 5 mins.

The pillows were small and too thin. The bar of soap provided was tiny.

Very easy check in done online and check out also front desk staff are very friendly and the location is perfect located on the main road and 2 minutes from the casino and several restaurants and Tim Hortons located within walking distance

Room was a little dated and the patio door didn't work well. Also the beds weren't comfortable. The pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed lol

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! It was comfortable, great location and the breakfast was delicious!
