The room had a nice kitchen area and a very comfortable bed. We also had a really nice balcony. There was a view from our room of the water, but there are better rooms with better views, I was not able to tell that from the website. In the future I would ask for the better views. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, but there is a Tim Horton's very close by as well as other restaurants.

The shower in our room; although in a cute alcove and with fantastic water-pressure, did not drain very well. It's also important to note that there are trains that travel very close and somewhat frequently.

Had a wonderful stay in this minimalist yet cozy room with my husband and dog. The bedroom included a compact kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals and store our food. The room was neatly kept, and the bathroom was spotless, modern, and well-heated for the winter. The mirror lighting was a nice touch, and the shower was fantastic. Parking was conveniently located right outside the room, making it easy to unload and access our car whenever we needed. The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to visit, and downtown was easily reachable. There’s a Shell gas station nearby, which was helpful. Since we were just stopping over on our way to another destination, this place was a great spot to rest and recharge. We even had a chance to explore a bit of Kingston, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, this place was perfect for our short stay, and we highly recommend it!

One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a trash bin near the grassy area next to the lake for disposing of dog waste.

The waterfront was lovely. The rooms were clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Lots of pillows. Coffee maker works. There is a Tim Hortons across the road and Bella Bistro just outside the property. In my opinion, it’s good for a few days. Some rooms have nice views but ours didn’t. But it was a nice room .

The noise of the train initially was disturbing but afterwards it made no difference. In my daughter’s room the microwave didn’t work and we pointed it out to the reception. In my room all appliances worked

The location is gorgeous. The hotel is right on the lake with a grassy area leading down to a cute dock where you can sit. The room was large and comfortable.

It seemed like the people running this hotel were having a hard time keeping up with the hotel. There were items sitting out that would be better off in a shed. It also seemed like their personal living space overflowed into the office area. There was a fire pit in the back but it was full of trash. The toilet seat and faucet in the bathroom were loose. I also noticed a letter from the government posted listing things they need to fix. This is a gorgeous hotel that just needs some tidying up and maintenance. I would stay here again though.

Went swimming in lake, but the ladder to return was not long enough to reach the water making it difficult to get back on deck. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast. Upon arrival a notice claimed - no breakfast since covid. However, breakfast was indication in ad.

That it was clean. And the A/C worked great. Beautiful scenic view of the seeway. And it was quiet 🤫

Beautiful deck close to the water, with nice patio sets so people can sit and relax. We will most probably book here again if or when we'll visit Kingston again. There are many things to see 👀 ✨️ 😀

This location always impresses. I arrived from bc on an extremely uncomfortable humid day and they had turned the ac on ahead of time. The room was cool and quiet and exactly what I needed. This location has been my choice whenever I travel to this part of Ontario simply because it is reliable and always meets expectations!

The jacuzzi didn't work at all. The jets wouldn't work..

i liked the room set ups the kitchenette served us well the beds and the sleeper sofa all great. The entire trip/stay was wonderful and the accommodations were perfect
