The breakfast 🥞 was incredible with so many choices even had sausage links, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs (day 1), western eggs (day 2), egg and cheese omelette (day 3). There was a machine to make pancakes for you 2 at a time and lots of toppings. My wife loved the maple syrup they had. There were cinnamon rolls kept under a warming light that were amazing, bagels, bread, English muffins both white and whole wheat. Cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices. It was fantastic.

The only negative was the amount of chlorine in the pool was a little too strong for me. It did not seem to bother others. And the snow... But they kept the roadway clean at the hotel.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. The choices were numerous. The staff were quick to put out more food as it became low. There were charging outlets for your phone everywhere. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

The Pool was great but found the chlorine was too strong so I could not enjoy it for long. (Only my preference) Others seemed to stay longer and was enjoying it. There was a TV and music quietly playing. The chlorine was my only negative and it is not a major negative. At least it kept the pool clean and bacteria free.

This Holiday Inn is a very good hotel. The staff is first rate, super helpful and smiling. The rooms are, large and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, quiet and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom well lit and with plenty of hot water. All in all a great place to stay during a trip.

There is nothing to not like, it is an excellent hotel, very well located for a stopover during trips. The visitors who wish to spend a few days to visit Kingston should now that the hotel is abut 5 km from downtown - along a busy street. There is, however, a city bus stop right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed our check in, room with larger than usual fridge and lots of space for luggage/bags. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable with firm pillows. First time we've ever stayed in a hotel that doesn't have carpeting (this is a bonus) which looked and felt much cleaner. We used the workout room (not many machines but wasn't crowded). I'm celiac and didn't have any issues with breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful in letting me know what was gluten free. A fire alarm went off one morning but staff came knocking on doors promptly to get everyone out quickly.

Didn't like that we had to leave. If we could suggest any changes it would be to offer gluten free bread and maybe signs on the breakfast items that are GF. Otherwise we were very happy with our accomodations.

The jacuzzi suite was definitely worth it, the room is spacious and comfortable! The tub itself was excellent, and was used plenty. The bed was very comfortable, and we both slept well. We have to mention that we truly appreciated the gluten and dairy free options included with breakfast!

The night we stayed there was a minor hockey tournament nearby, and there were children running the halls right up to quiet time, and a few conversations were heard throughout the night. We also couldn't use the jacuzzi in the morning due to lack of hot water, but it had recovered enough for a shower before checkout.

The hotel rooms were very spacious & clean. They include very good amenities. Staff were nice & helpful. Breakfast was also very good & included a lot of varieties. Location is also good as it's close to many shops & restaurants.

The Hotel didn't accommodate my request to have a late check out for 1 - 2 hrs.

Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff answered questions about ingredients to support dietary needs. There were a few non-milk options to accompany cereal.

The chlorine at the pool and hot rub area was extremely strong on Sunday night to the point our eyes were burning even without placing our heads under water. No ingredients or even common allergy ingredients listed on foods. Asking staff, though they were very nice about it takes time for them to find containers or boxes takes time for everyone.

The sheets were were beautiful,breakfast was very good ,love the size of the room,love there is no carpet because I have allergies.

Should not have to pay for parking,the price of the room should cover that ,also when we came back around 10 there was no place to park,should get my 6 dollars back,we were so worried that our car might get towed away in the night

There wasn't anything bad about this place, my sister and I loved our comfortable accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the free breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of choices to meet everyone's preference in breakfast meals.

This hotel was bright, modern, sparkling clean, yet comfy and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed their fabulous breakfast and being in such a great location. There are lots of lunch and dinner options close by, and a Shopper's Drug Mart and Dollarama across the street if you forgot something. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel could use an extra staff member on the desk, so if one is on the phone, another could help with check-in and welcome and acknowledge new arrivals.
