The room was absolutely wonderful. We loved having the sofa and separate bed and the kitchen and full size fridge was great also. We brought a lot of drinks and had leftover dinners that would not fit in a typical mini fridge. We were lucky to be right around the corner from an ice machine so we took our mini cooler with us each day and filled it with ice. An outdoor patio section and bbq area that got used by groups and was nice to sit at. This was a very comfortable stay.

We did not like the breakfast unfortunately and this is something we always try to get included when we stay in hotels. They geared too much to making breakfast sandwiches. They had the same thing every single day with no variety. Turkey bacon - not regular. Sausages that were probably heated in a microwave - not browned and didn’t look cooked. Egg omelettes that were round and thin to fit on a bagel and egg and spinach egg rounds that I didn’t like. Disappointed in that and not being able to start our day with a good breakfast.

Convenient, new and well-appointed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy and free. Very clean.

Breakfast was disorganized. Basic items like milk were unavailable and there was no signage. Hot trays were out with nothing in them and it wasn't obvious where to find what we wanted. Only one waffle maker with a long line up for it. It was near the end of the breakfast period, and it appeared only one staff member was on duty there. He was working hard to keep up, but appeared to be overwhelmed by the number of guests wanting food or info. We were told that since it was near the end of the breakfast period, the food items would not be replenished. We had breakfast there the next two mornings, but went earlier and things were fine since we knew where to find things now.

A relatively new place with large rooms and well functioning facilities and equipment, caring and friendly staff and overall like-home place with kitchen, fridge and etc. Also The Cannery Kitchen & Social (in adjoined Double Tree) was great, affordable, stylish and tasty

A breakfast was not bad, though a place for it had limited seats. As a result when it crowded (it was on our first day) people waited for place to sit and have a breakfast, also lines were huge. Beds were not comfortable and creaking :)

The accommodation for mobility challenged visitors was great. Safety grab bars were excellent. But there were not towel rails anywhere especially near the tub. Walking could result with water dripping on the floor and an accidental fall. A how to use the shower controls would have been appreciated.

Nowhere for tray to be safely used to collect food. Prepared ahead eggs do not look appetizing. No fruit for oatmeal as shown in elevator picture.

The breakfast was good. The room layout was good. Room colour scheme, washroom, kitchen counter, window blinds, TV set up, desk and chair, bedside tables and electrical outlet locations were all good.

Some guests were taking too long at the waffle maker machine (making multiple waffles and holding up the line). Coffee station options could be made better other than just coffee and hot water. The sofa bed should be made better... Elevators were kind of slow. Elevator button back lights are not bright enough ... difficult to see if floor has been selected.

Good. Refreshing. Similar size room but so much more practical. Excellent lighting in the room. Not dark like other hotel rooms.

The only thing I usually question is the sliding bathroom door. It offers less privacy. Suggestion: the food “cupboard” at one breakfast station where one has to lift the door and remove the eggs, etc, needs to be further back to permit placing a plate down.

nice hotel. Plenty of parking. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a mini kitchen and welcome message on the TV. Didn’t have time to try swimming pool and gym.

The mattresses in the room were very hard. Since it was a family vacation and we were with a child, we didn't have enough high chairs for the baby during the breakfast because there was only one

Its clean and new. It was good, staff are really helpful and inviting. Just a suggestion lobby cleaners should sometimes smile on visitors Hehe, may add more brightness to the hotel.

Lacking offers of slippers 😅. We stayed on a disability room and I have a toddler unfortunately he keeps on opening the disable button which keeps on opening and nonother locks available.

Breakfast was very good. It was a little congested with the amount of people accessing it at the same time.

The air conditioner was very noisy when it kicked in and there did not seem to be a way to select slower fan speed to minimize noise. Only 2 electric vehicle chargers for such a large facility discourages people with electric vehicles to use your facility for fear of not having a charger available when needed.

Great Hotel for a family stay in Kingston. Spacious and clean room. Access to barbecue area and possibility to eat on a terrace. Well equipped kitchen for an easy meal (no cooking possible). Friendly staff. Pool. Good hot breakfast. Free parking.

Pool not accessible all day. Downtown far away (not in walking distance)
