As a ‘comfortable economy’ place to stay in Kingston, this place is excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious. It offered a full breakfast, and the staff were super helpful. We stayed at the Quality Inn for an overnight stop on a bicycle trip. After arriving on a very hot day, the desk manager gave us a bottle of water. He allowed us to store our bikes in our rooms, so we did not have to worry about security. They had gluten-free options for my wife, who is celiac. These were all very nice touches, which made our stay enjoyable. There are some good places to eat within a kilometre and a half of the hotel. We ate at Mesa Fresca, a locally owned Mexican restaurant.

They use disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 if they switched to standard cutlery and plates.

The cost for the room, which I could cancel up until 4:00 PM on the date of my check-in, I received a text message about my upcoming stay and was able to text back to say I would be arriving after 6:00 PM, got an immediate response that was not automated, and that I did not have to pay until I arrived.

The breakfast was not the best. By the time we reached breakfast (~9:20 AM), there was no bacon left, and the OJ was only dispensing water or a watery-citrus mix. The options for toast included white and whole wheat bread only. Bagels would be a nice option too :)

The front desk attendant (who's name is slipping my mind) was lovely, approachable, informative and friendly; everything you want from someone you first see and interact with when coming to a hotel.

The only thing, which I think was out of everyone's control, the slamming of the doors. Very disruptive at night especially for an infant. However because of the weight of the door and the vaccum of air coming from the room that may be something that cannot be changed.

Breakfast included with the fee was great. Room was a little tight but it didn't matter considering we showed up at 9:30 pm and left at 7:30 am. Front staff member was super friendly and helpful. It was nice that there were multiple usb outlets for charging our devices. So happy they allowed pets for only a $30 fee. Shower was tall enough for me to stand in without crouching!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and quiet only the trucks from the outside, was the only noise we heard. The front staff on check in and check out were super friendly, efficient, helpful and polite. The breakfast was great! Hot scrambled eggs, delicious sausages, bananas and apples, cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt, everything you could ask for and the coffee was great!

The toilet wasn’t level, not leaking or anything but rocked when you sat down or stood up.

I dont like to complain i never do i like service at front dask i dont like the they took 50 dollars from my card and wont be back in my card till late , my pillow were confyAnd soft enough but it look like blanket were not washed for us or pillow 2 smells BO so i have to stay away from 2 specially we were 2 ladies in the room that looks fairly clean installation were nice just the bo innthe blanket were yucky to smell but ill b back again to kinsgston il be back to the hotel but ill make sure clean blankets

Beds were super comfy. The front desk called me to confirm if its ok my friend check in because I booked the reservation and my friend was checking in. That was very food service, they didn't just refuse but tactfully called my contact # to confirm. Was great that breakfast and parking was included in the room rate. Front desk staff was friendly and made conversation on different occasions

Breakfast could have been a little more variety. For $300 a night, a change from sausage to bacon would be nice. I spend $200 a night on some hotel and get a really nice breakfast with that.

We booked and arrived later at night due to a bad experience at the original hotel we were booked at. Kate was very understanding and got us checked in quickly. She made sure we were happy with our room and recommended we take advantage of the breakfast in the morning. I'm glad we did. Breakfast was phenomenal, and the lady providing it was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked, AC worked well, and it was quiet. I like that this hotel accepts dogs as well, although we didn't have ours with us. Check out was quick and easy. Also, my partner forgot his glasses, and Kate helped us to arrange to get them shipped to us. This is going to be my hotel chain of choice when traveling.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like here.

The front desk staff when we checked in was fabulous. When we arrived there was a girls ringette team and their families hanging out in the lobby and to say I was worried about the noise level upon entering is an understatement. We asked for a room furthest from the team hoping to retain some quiet over our weekend and the staff happily put us on the floor with the least of them. She also said they try to keep the teams in the lobby when they’re hanging out to avoid disruption to other guests in rooms. well, that completely worked. We didn’t hear a peep from the team once we left the lobby. Sunday breakfast was fine, Mondays eggs were dried out so we threw them out. The room was clean and inviting. The bed would be comfy for those who like a softer mattress. Quiet location, right off the highway.

I prefer a more firm mattress but that’s preference.

The staff were both helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, and the continental breakfast is actually very good. My only comment is they need to air out the rooms a bit, there was a stuffy smell on the 4th floor, and the showerhead in my room needs to be either changed out or put through some clr.
