Very impressed everything we needed was in the king Suite the full kitchen was very helpful, but could have included dish soap and more paper towels. the bathroom could have also had extra toilet paper we had to call guest service for more as well as more toiletres. Other than that the hotel was clean and was in a good area. The pool was also lovely. but in the pictures it looks like there is a hot tub and there is no hot tub on site. The complimentary breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast I ever had! we will be back!

The parking is $30 a night and you would think for the area it would be cheaper or included in the stay.

There needs to be bigger accommodations for breakfast as this is a busy hotel and I noticed they have a lot of teams that visit so more options for breakfast choice and seating area would be great. The gym treadmill and bicycle wasn’t working I was looking forward to trying it out and the pool as well. More maintenance would be nice for fixtures for better lighting and bulb replacements and leaky taps. For guests who are staying longer clarity on supplies provided would be helpful such as scrub pads, dish soap, mops, brooms etc…

Molly the catering manager and Chanelle on reception both provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Molly ensured my daughters dietary needs were catered for, and Chanelle was friendly efficient and helped me to check in with aircanada before we flew home, printing off boarding passes, because Mt phone had malfunctioned. Thank you so much!

Not being as close to the airport and therefore public transport as I imagined but this was my own fault for not checking the location and it was only a short uber ride to weston Station for GO and UP trains. There was also a direct bus 5 minutes walk from the hotel .

The suite was a very good size for three people on a short stay. It was very clean , the beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equipped. The hot buffet breakfast included was fresh and excellent. Great hot and cold choices, the very good staff were excellent in refilling the food items throughout the breakfast hours.

Only mention would be to extend the breakfast to 10 am instead of 9 am.

Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice bonus. Staff was helpful and very polite. Check-out time was a big plus. We had a late afternoon flight taking off from Toronto international and the late check out helped us have breakfast and return for bags without any stress. Lots of good restaurant choices surrounding area.

Breakfast at restaurant closes very early, but found good choices within a reasonable distance hotel.

The Rooms were immaculate clean and the Beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served on time👍 . The staff were so welcoming and always ready to help with a big smile 😀

Mostly everything was excellent, but one of the TVs in the Kids room was not connected so they couldn't watch their favourite shows. But we had other two working well - so we raised no issue

The room was nice and comfortable quiet and able to relax after our sightseeing to the CN Tower and other locations but traveling to and from this location and traffic was not what we expected. We would recommend your hotel if just passing through early.

At the time of our stay your hotel had several hockey teams there and so I had to come down twice just to get something for breakfast not enough food for the guest at one time.

Checking in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee and breakfast was easy and convenient and just enough for what we needed. We were happy to have access to a fitness center. Check out was also very easy and convenient.

No complaints about our stay at the Residence Inn.

I have stayed at the residence Inn for many years. What I really like about it is it is set up as a home away from home I come with colleagues, and because the all of the rooms are suites, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom, and then the common area sitting area kitchen is really nice very different from other hotels. If you were sharing with folks where you feel like you can’t get out of bed and turn the lights on without waking up everyone in the room there’s laundry facilities staff are helpful and the location is great . Having Moxie‘s next-door is really helpful you can just walk for dinner and walk back to your hotel.
