Excellent staff and very clean, spacious, and modern rooms. Perfect location.

The A/C never went below 74F, even though we set it at 50F. Our bathroom floor was set to warm prior to our arrival. This did not help the A/C. It took to the next morning for the floor to cool down. Whomever cleans the room before the new check-in should always turn the floor warmer off. Especially in the summertime. The gym is cramped and warm. If you get dizzy with the smell of chlorine like I do, as the gym adjacent to the pool, be careful as I smelled it throughout my workout

Great hotel in central location with many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. I had birthday trip and got upgraded plus I found birthday surprise in the room (baloons and cupcakes) which was super thoughtful. The staff is really attentive and professional. Room was very spacious, bed is super comfortable and bathroom was almost as big as bedroom with bathtub and shower as well. There is also italian café next to reception with delicious italian coffee and snacks (vegan options too). Also italian restaurant/bar which we did not visit but looked really nice. If you want to feel pampered, this is the place to go to.

Since entrance doors of the rooms are heavy they are making quite noise when guests are leaving the rooms so I heard early in the morning doors shutting sometimes but it wasn’t big deal. Other than that all was great.

Good location. 10-15 minute walk from Union Station. Room had view of CN tower and Rogers stadium, both very close to walk to. Relatively close to streetcar links and subway. Staff very courteous and professional. Nice room, good bathroom facilities, nice shower and bath. Heated floor a treat in winter. House-keeping tidied each day (not like some hotels that have kept house-keeping on request since the pandemic). Surrounding area felt safe (relatively to the rest of Toronto) we travel a lot by foot and no concern coming back at night. Hotel is close (10 minute walk) to where a lot of tours depart for Niagara Falls trips. Number of vegan places for breakfast brunch within 15-20 minute walk (Bloomers bakery, Bunners, Fresh Kitchen + Juice. Evviva is 5-10 minutes away, not vegan but has full vegan menu) if that's your thing.

Nothing not to like, just nothing that extra bit special that would tip the rating into exceptional. Feels like you are getting what you pay for and you are paying for quality room and good staff.

The room was fine.

Breakfast was a joke. No cereal, no choice of bread, no sausage etc. Very thin, bland and overcooked, overpriced omelette. Place appeared to be trying for the ‘trendy cafe’ vibe. Because I and 7 colleagues had our flight cancelled and there was nothing else available had to book 8 rooms at this very expensive hote. We were only there for a sleepover and after paying all that money we expected something ‘above normal’ at breakfast and not something that a roadside inn would put to shame. By the way, we’re a touring band of musicians who stay in over 100 hotels a year so we know what value is and how important breakfast is to a traveler.

All staff members were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Nish at the front desk helped in providing a refrigerator in our room. Xavier and his concierge team were fabulous and always willing to help us when booking certain visits around Toronto, such as the Niagara Falls tour and tickets to see a baseball game. The room was spacious, with an excellent layout. The pool and gym were very good. We loved the ice machine on our floor. The location of the SOHO hotel was fantastic - near restaurants, convenience stores, as well as the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre.

When the room was cleaned, drinking glasses were not replaced, so we had to call up for them (they were promptly brought up). The cleanliness could have been a little better as surfaces were dusty/ not wiped down, i.e., table in room, top of toilet cistern. The layout of the pool and changing rooms meant that after a swim, you would have to enter the gym dripping water onto the floor to get to the changing room. A design flaw for sure.

What a beautiful room! The bathroom was stunning with heated floors and a big soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable. We had big windows looking into the street with drapes that could be controlled by a button on the wall (fancy!). It was a 5 minute walk to the Rogers Centre, which was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was expensive (but that's Toronto for ya). There was a parking structure on site, which was convenient. It was $45 per night and was a little confusing to use.

Location is nice, the coffee downstairs too. Personnel not bad and the property is new. The bed is super comfortable. The hot floor in the bathroom is a plus. Was nice to give me 2 hours more for the late check out.

Parking cost 40 dollars a night with out valet. Exit from the parking is strange e difficult, several people was down there looking for the exit. Furniture are poor and to busy. Curtains doesn't close nice and bother in the morning when the light come in

The room was great, a good size and well stocked with everything we required. The walk-in robe was a bonus and the bathroom great. The hotel is in a good location for tourist attractions and restaurants etc.

The price for this hotel was high in comparison to other hotels we booked for our 6-week holiday. Maybe all of Toronto's accommodation is expensive, I'm not sure. In most hotels the reception and concierge staff acknowledge guests when they walk by, but this was rarely the case at the Soho hotel Toronto. Not a major complaint but still....

Room: I did not expect it to be big. I was checking the photos posted on Booking.com and when we arrived in the room, the room was massive. Bathroom: It has everything you need, it is clean and spacious. Location: walking distance to almost everything. lobby: It smells good and fresh Staff: They were very friendly and accommodating Parking: The basement parking space is safe and reasonable for the price.

Aircondition - we went during summertime, so the temperature outside was around 75-80F, there were times we needed the room to be cooler but the temperature was just at 75F and would not go any lower.

Where to start! This hotel is absolutely fabulous! All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The concierge was amazing, booked our transport back to the airport, gave us complimentary water while we waited (it was a very hot day!) and helped with our luggage. All the staff were always on hand to offer assistance. Our room was HUGE with picture windows overlooking the street below and the CN Tower in the distance. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The facilities in the room were great and complimentary Molton Brown toiletries was an added luxury bonus! The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of the CN Tower and lots of other attractions and restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
