I was blown away by this hotel. I was a little in doubt from the previous reviews but my stay was superb. Firstly check in was smooth , professional and friendly and they let me check in early. Secondly I ordered room service. It was prompt and the soup and chicken wings were delicious! The pool area is clean and pleasant. I used it twice. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Lovely juices and smoothies! Finally, the room was excellent. I had a king room and the bed was amazing, temperature comfortable and TV/Netflix. I paid very reasonably to extend check out 5 hours for a late flight. Special shout out to David at reception, but all staff were great. With many similar choices I am so pleased I chose the Westin. Both were great in Toronto and you now have a new loyal customer. Thanks!

Room service: Friendly person delivering. Presented with room service receipt to sign and gave a $20 tip. Surprised next day when room service charge was over $100 for a 1/2 poke bowl and ravioli and one drink and only one set of utensils (had to share). Unless there was another gratuity charged? This is too much for what we received. Lesson learned, we are elsewhere for breakfast. Couldn’t sign into internet unless we joined Bonvoy “club” or whatever, we just skipped it. Parking at $32 a night was a bit much as well.

Close proximity to the airport with shuttle service. Quick easy check in with friendly courteous staff.. recognized me as a member The room was large and was very comfortable. Comfortable king size bed. Included breakfast was amazing, unlike any other complimentary breakfast buffet, however I did pay for the option and it was well worth the price. Friendly attentive staff with fresh fruit, pastries, breads and muffins. As well there were smoothies, yogurt and many other options. The staff kept our coffee cups and juice glasses full as needed. The on hand Chef to make custom eggs or omelettes or waffles . I’ll be back for sure.

Beds and pillows are super comfy. Nice furniture and appointments. The included breakfast was the BEST! Great variety, the staff were very attentive, lots of choice and the cooks prepared anything you asked for. Awesome!! Interactions with the front desk were good, and responses were quick, even on a holiday weekend when they were full.

The bathroom needs an upgrade. The toilet paper dispenser is behind you on the wall, so difficult for a senior to reach - suggest you place it on the vanity beside the toilet. Also, the door was supposed to mimic a sliding barn door. It was just a slab, did not close, so there was a 2in. gap, and you can't lock it. It looked like an amateur reno job. This is the fourth time I've stayed at a Weston and my 1st complaint ever.

They helped us get a room when booking fail to contact them but booking provided a confirmation number. This was 3am and following many flight cancellations. All rooms in the city were full. While my wife and called around the manager at the Westin received a cancellation and luckily enough, for us, he and the chech in person had kept trying to help us. Very nice folks and saved our night.

I absolutely loved the room service. The food was HOT!! The food was amazing!!!!!! Room service was the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I work for Air Canada. I’ve had room service everywhere. I know it can’t always be consistent but that night was absolutely-10/10. The breakfast was over priced and meh… we went at 10 am the staff was super friendly. The guy at front desk said there wasn’t even a breakfast buffet. Then we ran into a lady that was operating Starbucks and I guess the lobby. Bottom line.. I’ve traveled everywhere and I have never had better chips/french fries ever. They were supposed to be “truffle fries”. Didn’t taste any truffle. They were just perfectly cooked .

The view from room sucked. It was hard to manage temp. The pillows sucked.

Don’t eat lunch at the restaurant. Food is overpriced and charged me $5 for a very small cup of coffee. Lead server, who was also working behind the bar, was miffed that I only tipped 15 percent on a substantially overpriced lunch and coffee. I don’t expect attitude when staying at a Westin property.

Great hotel but... The parking garage setup is poor at best, not matching the hotel level of standard. The drive down is poorly marked and if this is all you have for parking it needs to be a better arrangement, I suggest full time valet services be available even if you have to do it for free. You don't want an aggravated guest from the moment they arrive in the hotel after going through that parking arrangement. It's less than welcoming. By the time you get to the check-in counter your tense! I saw several other people besides myself get lost or confused how to park, where to park, how to get back down to the car. -not a good arrangement.

What did we like? Everything! The staff was exceptional, catered to our every need, shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful. Perfect for staying and commuting to downtown Toronto by train. The gym facility is top notch as well as the property in general. Daily housekeeping was seamless as a lot of hotels only offer this by request due to covid. Rohan saw to our needs at breakfast and he was truly the highlight of our hospitality experience but all of the staff went above and beyond. We will be staying here whenever we visit Toronto.

The only complaint would be the in-door pool was very small, and no hot tub but honestly everything else was so spectacular we didn’t even care.

We were exhausted after a number of canceled flights and the hotel was like an oasis with a cool, quiet, comfortable room/bed. I also appreciated the noon check-out time. We appreciated the airport shuttle.

I found some of the staff at the breakfast room rather rude. I wish they could have been more flexible with their check-out time, they did give us an extra 1/2 hour which was helpful.
