Perfect location, a little out of the city, so it was quiet. Room was spacious, and clean. Fitness facility was well maintained, clean, equipment in good order. Comp breakfast was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. This was our third stay in as many years at this location. Always come back because we are happy with it.

Room appeared to be starting to show signs of wear, ie the carpet seemed to be lifting and buckling in places.

Great hotel, location is a bit strange, we had to take a gravel road to it for the number one highway. the room was great, very clean and we were able to use the smart TV to watch our own Netflix.

Didn't like the toilet in our room, it wasn't flushing properly. We dealt with it though, cuz we were tired and had been on the road all day. We didn't want someone else in our space,

Breakfast was very good alot of choices and very welcoming, enough places to sit and eat.

There's only one thing, I had a back injury while there. I was going down the waterslide with my youngest son to of course get him used to the waterslide. It was are second time going down and there was 3 others using the slide as well . We were at the bottom and were about to stand up and 2 girls smashed into us. Of course the parents were not watching them. They were present but not supervising the girls. I had severe back pain for 3 days after , today I'm fine but this has to be addressed to the parents to have constant supervision cause if that was a child they hit into, it wouldn't have been a good situation. Other than that the stay was awesome.

I found online check-in to be convenient. Checking out was equally effortless. The front desk team is commendable. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the waffle maker required some force to release the waffles.

Someone vomited in the pool area and, surprisingly, no one arrived promptly to clean it up, forcing us to cut our family gathering short despite being in the midst of enjoying ourselves.

Breakfast was appreciated and quite acceptable. Enjoyed having the easy location for getting to it, and from it for what we were doing and easy to depart from. Enjoyed having easy parking, the hot tub and friendly staff.

We did report two lights out in our room to the housecleaning staff and she made note of it and said she would report it right away, which I am sure she did. However, that was not corrected while we were there. It was an issue that did not personally affect us; however, it needs to be fixed for future guests. Room 323 had one bathroom light burned out; one of the mini reading light by one of the beds was also burned out.

Ice machines work. Lots of parking available, location is good if you want to be downtown. Atrium style setup with little balconies add a nice ambience.

complimentary breakfast at this price point is to be expected from what I've seen. I travel for work and leisure, and stay at many different properties, and this one does miss the mark in that area.

The room was great. Clean and modern and spacious. Breakfast was fresh, lots of coffee available.

The pool was a huge disappointment. The photos online make it look great, but it's just a teeny little shallow pool. My husband and I never even went in, just let the kids splash a bit. It's uncomfortable, loud and crowded. Which is a shame, the hotel is really nice besides.

Room was well located near an exit as we had dogs, made it super easy to take them out for late night potty breaks. Laundry facilities were perfect, as we were half way through a trek from BC to NS. Kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was lovely. The reception staff went above and beyond and are an asset to your company!

More options at breakfast, proper bedding for the pullout would have been great.

The hotel is super clean, modern and pet friendly Breakfast was phenomenal with waffles and hot food along with pastries and fruit and yogurt. The room was very roomy. The bed was a bit too tall and firm for my liking, but that's just me. The staff was wonderful and so helpful.

It looked all in great shape compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Only minor wear and tear and maintenance in spots like the bathroom door and room doors.

Only one thing I didn’t like was workings letting friends come and swim for free well they are at work.. it says for paying guests that are staying in the hotel.
