Size of room was great, bed and bedding were amazing. Staying on floor 23 we had an amazing view aswell great spot. Tv was smart tv allowed us too watch Netflix and YouTube from bed. Staff where all so friendly and would already have pressed the elevator button by the time we walked into lobby

Location was good for some things but as a first visit too Korea for me and my partner we needed too travel over the river to get to a lot of the things we wanted too do. However lotte world and a massive shopping mall where just down the road.

After a long 20 hour journey, it was so nice to relax in our room. The employees were lovely helping us check on to our room at 11pm. The room was extremely clean and bigger than expected! Love the bathroom and closet area, lovely to have a closet that felt separate to the rest of the room. The beds were really comfortable. The vending machine at reception was great! Had a lot of sugar free items to buy. The 7 eleven in the hotel was also very convenient! (We bough our SIM cards and every day snacks here). The employees were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Location was great and close to many amenities. Loved every minute staying at this hotel! Would highly recommend.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us during our stay at L7 Gangnam by Lotte. It was great that the folks on the 1st floor would greet us in both Korean/English as well as the security staff helping speak to our airport shuttle driver to ensure he knew where to pick us up. The laundry machines on the 9th floor was a plus as well.

The beds were a bit hard and the shower door would consistently leak which made our bathroom floor extremely wet. The floor mat towel could not be placed in front of the door due to the shower stop but the water leaked out through the vertical slot of the door.

location was great, the laundry in the building was also great (not paying some ridiculous hotel prices). Having a 7/11 in the building as well as being a 5 minute walk from the metro and 10 min walk from coex is ideal.

The elevators are abysmal. Their timing and lack of common sense is bewildering. They are either overcrowded or take FOREVER to arrive. Once you are in them they move relatively fast.. but whatever algorithm being used to decide floors/which ones to come is insane. I would sometimes have to wait over 5 minutes for an elevator to show up (this happened multiple times). It is so bad i had to write about it and would be the only reason i would not stay here again.

Staffs are very friendly, room quite spacious, house keeping did well everyday clean the room like new, small gym but nice and good enough, no noise from outside/next door, multiple machines in laundry area so there is no need to queue for turn, limo bus from and to airport almost right infront of the hotel.

Waiting for the lift always so long. I think could be better in lift management/settings for default floors, is it because of the ground staff press all the buttons for the lifts to go down ? For people who drive, car park access is very tight and challenging, perhaps not a concern for most visitors.

The room was clean & cozy and the staff were friendly (held our bags after we checked out and called us a taxi - showed us different options and the price it would cost). The location was convenient with stores and fast food restaurants close by (Olive Young, Lotteria, Gong Cha, Starbucks). We chose this hotel to be close to Lotte World, which was 4 stops away via subway. We were also 1 stop away from Coex + Hyundai department store so also easy to access by walking (15-20min)

It would've been nice if the breakfast buffet was included for the price of the stay but we did pay to eat there once. Convenient and decent food choices (including Korean bulgogi and seaweed soup and rice) but a little pricey in my opinion (if we weren't in a hurry to get to Lotte World that morning we would've just grabbed breakfast at Starbucks)

The hotel was located in a fantastic location with a 3 minute walk to the closest subway station. The staff went above in beyond to help our friend and I deliver packages via DHL and a late check out when we were running late from an existing appointment. The rooms are clean, beds are probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced from all of my travels. Everything was quiet and I just can't recommend this hotel enough!

Very nice hotel and super convenient location near Seolleung station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I received an upgrade and a very spacious room. There is a decently-sized desk for work, which I appreciated since I did have to work a bit during my holidays. The wifi connection was great. The room was quiet and the bed was made everyday. The parking lot was free to use, albeit very narrow so have to be super careful. The staff was very polite and friendly, too. Overall I can really recommend the L7 in Gangnam.

The hotel is well situated and central to some extent. Transport to move is convenient. Close selleoung station exit 10 by metro line 2. Learnt the hardway as I got off Gangnam and it was a very long distance to walk. The bar a great place to hang out. The kids are accommodated which is a bonus. The staff was great, and check-in was easy. Found a taco restaurant around the corner opposite direction hotel and passed the flower shop to the right up the road close to the french baguette shop. They are really good.

I just thought the hotel was not value for money. It's more of the location and hence so expensive. Other than that the rooms are standard, nothing fancy and no view as such as their surrounded with buildings. I would like to request that sugar be put with the coffee in the rooms and milk for non Asians. Room lighting was a bit frustrating as I wanted reading light but it was so bright as I was hoping it would put me to sleep.

the bed was a bit small for a double. would have preferred king size bed. The location was not in the main shopping district or eating district. Traffic and and out of Gangnam is a bit of a nightmare so not the best area to stay in as not central. However I was having some procedures done in Gangnam so it was an ideal location for medical tourism
