Very clean room and house keeping did an excellent job every day. Big thank you to the housekeeping team😀Hotel about 15 minute walk to Seoul Station and there is a 24/7 convenience store across the road.

Early check out meant we could not get breakfast but we still had to pay for it and reception staff said could not make up a meal box. In twin room, only one bad had reading land and charging socket.

Having a washing machine in our room was a big advantage with the 5 days stay. By the hour before check-out, almost all our laundries were already washed, ironed & neatly packed in luggage. The lady who cleaned & replaced our towels, floor mats etc deserved a compliment too. There was twice during our stay that we forgot to light the "clean room" but to our surprise when we returned from sightseeing, the room was nicely done. Front desks staffs were polite & helpful. Very good location, just 7 minutes walk & shops, street market, underground shopping centre within reach. A worthy & pleasant stay indeed. Thank you.

I think there is a little not right with the shower tap. Not easy to finally adjust to the right temperature. At times a bit challenging...😅😅

The staff were really professional, helpful and courteous. The bed was super comfy and we were given complementary water every day. The room had a fridge, freezer, hob and a safety deposit box. The location made it super easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. About 5 minutes to a subway and 15 mins to the train station. A short walk away from both Namdaemun and Myeongdong made it easy for food as well. There is also an airport limousine stop right outside the hotel.

The only niggle that stopped it from getting a 10 rating was that they advertised a buffet restaurant for dinner. There were a couple of days when we had long day trips when just having that would have been great, but it was never open!!

I went to Seoul for short trip and want a place that combines convenience with comfort, this hotel is a stellar choice. Located just a stone's throw from Seoul Station, it offers easy access to transportation and a plethora of local attractions. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately notice the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean and boast a delightful fragrance that makes for a refreshing arrival after a day of exploring the city. The layout of the room is particularly noteworthy—well-thought-out and stylish, maximizing both space and functionality. Furthermore, the room's design ensures a relaxing retreat after a busy day. For a blend of practicality and luxury, this hotel is hard to beat.

There was nothing not to like.

Ramada was our savior the “last day” of our trip in Seoul. We lost/stolen our passport in Mygliore Hote in Myeongdong and their quality of services and rooms are not quite near of the Ramada. Here we find our calm place to stay in middle of the caos we were facing. They provide us with all the information we needed, near laundry to wash our clothe, near station to get ID photos and even prints and copies of our documents that we needed for the US Embassy diligences. We are very greatful with the staff, they speak a perfect English and were very kind (as almost all of the Korean we met). Very centric and clean place. We recommend 100%. If you can book directly with them, it will be better prices (booking app charge us double) and with them directly were more affordable. If you are thinking about it, don’t. Is very near to Seoul station (5 minutes walk) and like 20 minutes walk to Myeongdong.

The main lobby restroom were quite dirty, maybe were more frequent visited by people.

The hotel staff were welcoming and flexible. The hotel is a pleasant 15- to 20-minute stroll from the heart of the Seoul city. Conveniently, there are three 24/7 grocery stores in the adjacent buildings, just 1-2 minute walk away. This proximity offers reassurance for late cravings at odd hours, whether for noodles or croissants. Additionally, right across the road from the hotel, there's a bank equipped with an ATM machine. Finally, the neighborhood is very safe and nether me nor my family had any unpleasant experience at all.

The hallways and breakfast area lack heating, which was noticeable during my winter trip to Korea. It's advisable to wear slightly warmer clothing in the morning while enjoying breakfast. Despite this, it's not a significant issue, and it wouldn't deter me from choosing Ramada hotel again if I return to Seoul in the future.

The room is very spacious and it's located in a good location. There is even bus stop for airport bus. The staff was very friendly and kind to fullfil my requests. The cleaning was good, but I forgot to submit the card to the receptionist. I had my room cleaned on Sept 23rd (Monday), 2024.

The was a kind of worm in my room and I got room cleaning only once during my staying (the cleaning was good, though).

Accessible. Many options for dinner. Walking distance to Seoul Station. We got spacious room. Our room was cleaned everyday. Beds were comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was sufficient in variety.

Though comfortable enough, pillows and towels need updating. Though I knew beforehand, no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Rooms and general look need aesthetic upgrading.

Close by to Seoul station, a leisurely 11 minute walk with luggage. Staff were very helpful and very proficient in English which was helpful as a tourist. Amenities were good and clean

Because you're close to the station, can hear traffic and construction during the day however if you prefer convenience not a big deal. Night time couldn't hear any major disturbances
