The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Sinsa metro station and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop. It was easy to get taxis to and from the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the minibar was entirely free of charge while being replenished daily. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The soundproofing was quite bad for such a modern building - everything from neighbouring rooms and the corridor was audible. We also seemed to be unfortunate in being in close proximity to so many loud guests at late hours of the night / early hours of the morning. Although the minibar was free of charge and replenished daily, the coffee and tea were not replenished.

The location was absolutely perfect everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring Seoul super convenient. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of healthy options. The room was very clean, had a lovely view, and included everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant.

The room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. While it was very clean and well-equipped, a bit more space would have made it more comfortable for a longer stay.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious, fresh and a lot of choice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The guest laundry was really handy and the option of a kitchen really good too. The hotel is modern and in a very good location.

The lighting in the bathroom was not so good for applying makeup. Being on the main road I found the road noise a little loud and at one stage there was a very noisy family next door and the noise travelled through the walls quite a bit.

Staff exceptionally kind, helpful, all spoke English (called rides for us when we needed extra large vehicles) and were always available. Room lovely and well appointed for needs. Breakfast the best Ive ever had with huge number of options at buffet that changes daily. Restaurant open most of the time and so accommodating (was like our living room when friends visited). There are lots of restaurants also in neighborhood just a few blocks away.

Well located, new, clean,more boutique style rather that a big touristic hotel.everything in room is automated.the best breakfast we ever had in respect of quality.it was exceptional.wonderful croissants, fresh salmon and crab salad.the most delicious pineapple

The price ,the limited space of storage in room.too much electrical energy in the air you touch almost anything and a small electricity wave passes over you!!

Helpful and polite staff. The location was great, Sinsa station was only a few walks away. Multiple shops, restaurants and ATM around the property. The common kitchen was so convenient. They had one on every floor. Didn’t really use their appliances but they had everything by the looks of it.

Cleaning was not as perfect as the first day of check in. i could feel the dust on the floor after a few days. The sound of water pipes was awful. i could hear the rumbling sound every time my neighbour would run their water faucets.

The location, the complimentary drinks, the fact the room had a charger , this was very thoughtful of the hotel. The service was exceptional, I was greeted before I walked to the reception, gave me early check in. John Lim was very helpful and provided exceptional service

The shelving of the toiletries was a bit high in the bathroom, it would be good if it was lower and do make the nozzle tip longer to easily dispense the toiletries on the hand rather than the bottle. The pillows were too soft to my liking.

1. New buildings, new facilities. 2. The best restaurant. All the food was delicious. 3. Not too crowded (yet). 4. Best location for tourists - close to all the fun things to do in Gangnam area. 5. All the staff are doing their best.

1. Paid parking system - you have to pay 15000KRW (11$) daily to park at the hotel. I spent over $200 extra on parking. 2. The passageway to the main street (LL level) is closed at night, so you have to take the elevator to the L level and then take another escalator to the LL level to get down to the main street. The reason for this is not clear. 3. Given the location of the hotel, it's not completely noise-free. You can hear traffic on the main road right next to the hotel. During my stay, which lasted just over two weeks, I was woken up once by the sound of construction on the main street. 4. Even inside the hotel, the soundproofing system doesn't seem to be very good. If there is a loud party going on in the hallway or in another room, you can hear everything.

Breakfast was great. Oatmeal was served which I found comforting as the weather was very cold. The laundry facilities at Voco are excellent. I always return to Voco towards the end of my trip so I can do my laundry in clean surroundings. The room has a tap to wash your hands so that you can wash your hands after putting in your dirty clothing into the washer. No other laundry room seems to have this detail compared to Voco. On the other hand, the communal room, is right door so you can wash your hands with handwash too. I particularly love this, that's why I love the coin laundry facility at Voco. The staff were nice and polite. The guys were absolute gentlemen helping me with my luggage and the cab. Voco's service staff rock.

My room size. It's quite small. Then again, I was only staying for a night, as I came to do my laundry and it's right nearby my meeting place the next day before I leave so maybe, not a big issue. I will try out a bigger room if Im staying longer as my opening my luggage was troublesome due to the room size.

Overall, my stay at Voco Seoul Gangnam by IHG was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is a short walk from Sinsa station, which allows easy access to multiple subway lines, and is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants.
