I came in winter, so i like the heater its very warm. U can adjust the temperature untill 35°c. The place near dongdaemun subway station, 400m walk. Next to the hotel there were CU mini mart so u can buy snacks n drinks. 100m theres Kebab if u want halal food. Theres a laundry in 4,6,10,14 flr. Microwave inside the room. Airport Bus every hour will pick u up in front the hotel. Big room for an affordable price

None - if you want a great hotel with a big window this not the place. But.. if you want a cheap hotel, big room, strategic area, near dongdaemun this is the place

The room is comfortably wide, I could work and rest peacefully, the bathroom is good and clean, water enough warm, it don't have air-conditioning but the warmth is provided through the floor so I liked it more, it was a quiet room, well ventilated and with a nice view, the microwave and mini bar woks well and are very useful, I too used the laundry area outside of the room with any problem. Is in a good location 10 to 15 min walking from two metro station, it's close to Myongdon, Naksan park, and Gwanghwamun Square, and DDP, there's a CU store in main floor out of the place and a GS25 next door, very convenient. I liked enough in generall, despite of the inconvenients I would stay here again asking to the personal to improve certain things.

The bed was hard, after some days I had back pain :-/, the pollow sheet's don't smell clean or I don't know if are the pillows in self, quite disgusting, it have some details of missing care in the walls and in the door of the mini bar area, it dont close properly.

Within walking distance between 2 metros (one of them link to 2 other metro lines). There are convenience stores, eateries, shopping places around the area. The kitchenette is great as I can toss up quick dinner instead of eating out. Best of all, the airport bus stop (bus 6001) is just right in front of the hotel.

Overall room is acceptable, but toilet area is slightly small. Aircon control can be challenging to figure out.

I was really impressed with the size of the room and all the storage space, even in the bathroom. Basic equipment for cooking with gas, a microwave, a kettle, and a fridge. Old coin laundry machines on several floors. Polite and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. Huge working space for two people. The cleaning lady was excellent doing her job. Very recommended for long stays.

The only thing that I would improve is the room decoration, which is a little grim.

The place is in the best location for people who are staying in Seoul long term. It is near 3 trainstations, a lot of bus stops and it is right in front of their airport bus stop. It is also near the police station, hospital, and Markets so it is so easy and secure to get around from it.

The WiFi may be patchy at times and in cool days, they shut off the air conditioner but the room is clean, its so easy to get extra pillows, towels or more with a quick call to the front desk but it's no problem in comparison to the comfort of the stay.

The best location ever in Seoul, when you like to stay central. I expect from a 3 star hotel a three star hotel not the facilities of a 5 star. The staff is really friendly and when you need help the help immediately. They even changed the locker of our room, when we reported this as defective. If you can get more room service would be for me the best hotel in Seoul as a very central and affordable stay. I deeply thank the staff for their kindness and support. We will get back to you soon.

More room service in case of longer staying.

The location is very good, with very good and helpful staff. Very comfortable for long-term stay as they provide a mini-kitchen in the room with coin laundry. The hotel is very near restaurants, cultural places and public transport.

Maybe, the hallways could be cleaner and brghter.

Real easy to find and the convenience store at the bottom was great. Room with the double bed was larger than most I have stayed in. It was great.

The bathroom was a little tight. Shower was weak pressured but it's okay.

Very good location, there is CU just as you exit the hotel. In between 2 big subway stations and if it's raining there is an underground path you can use. The beds are very comfortable and the closet was a big help because we stayed for more than a week. The kitchen is very nice. You can wash your clothes (2000KRW) and dry them (200KRW).
