The chalets and the layout is good and the accomodation is very good. Being very spread out you do not get noises form neighbours. The beach is a great place to chillout and the beach bar area is good.

Buffet breakfast and buffet evening meals mean that the food is cooler than it should be. It purports to be a 5* resort but it is not. Unfortunately being in Egypt it allows the indiscipline of Eyptian children to take precendece over other guests.

The free upgrade to the chalet is a nice step from the management due to the low occupancy at that time. I like the size of the chalet and its view of the pool and the side sea view. The food was served by the room service in rooms, the dinner food was above good quality.

The breakfast food was below average in terms of quality. The amount is massive and can be compensated by increasing the quality and decreasing the quantity. Also attention needs to be paid for the beach cleanliness and maintenance, there are broken pipes and rusty parts that can be hazardous to toddlers.

Our stay was beyond exceptional, thanks to the wonderfully friendly staff and the immaculate villa with its stunning turquoise sea view. However, the true highlight of our experience was the incredible service provided by Mr. Hassan Al Saka. Words cannot express how grateful we are for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, completing our check-in in mere moments and ensuring we felt immediately at home. His dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. I cannot thank him enough for the way he made us feel like family. Without a doubt, because of Mr. Hassan, we are already planning to come back next year. He truly made our trip extraordinary!

The hotel location and room view is amazing. The room service crew is extremely professional. The food is very good value for money spent. Special thanks for mr.Hassan elsaka for his kind help and listening carefully for any notes from the guest side.

The dinner meal needs more variations.I didn't like the presence of crew members serving every food item as it violates the concept of open buffet specially if the crew member is not generous enough and you feel embarrassed to ask for more items. There is no entertainment at all, Mr.Hassan informed me that it will be operating starting from next month as a season time. The main swimming pool is not heated. The last day of our stay there was a flies invasion everywhere in the hotel either inside buildings or outside.

This is my 4th stay, and i will be going again in September. The hotel is just beautiful, the sea and the beach feel like heaven. The food was better than last year but repetitive. Every day, it was exactly the same. I got a beautiful room where i could watch sunsets every day.

The beach toilets were not clean, and there was no soap at all every day. I talked to the cleaning guy many times to add soap, but he never did. You have to bring your oen soap to a 5 stars hotel!! Also, there's no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. They use the same hand gel as a shampoo. Do we have to bring our own shampoo too! The worst thing was that the sea was not clean, and the people who pretend to clean literally take the trash from one area at the sea to another!! But it's the sea with waves and tides, so the trash came back again in no time. I don't understand why they can't they take it out and throw it away like normal people !!

Starting from the reception the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always eager to help resolve any issues that you encouter. Our room was very clean and well maintained with a view of both the pool and beach. The beach is well organized with soft sand free from any rocks. The water is absolutely stunnig turquoise color and also very clean. The pool is huuugeee and is split into a section more suitable for young children and another for adults. There was good food variety at the buffets and the food was delicious. Overall the experience so good that we booked another longer stay next month when the weather is warmer.

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at Tulip North Coast Hotel with my family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way — comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and above all, hospitality. Words can’t describe how satisfied we were with the staff’s service and treatment. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hazem, who looked after us every single day with incredible attention to detail. His care and dedication made us feel like VIP guests — we never had to ask for anything because he was always one step ahead. A special thanks also to Chef Hamdy, who spoiled us every evening with the most delicious Egyptian dishes we’ve ever had. His culinary talent made every meal a highlight, and we still talk about how incredible the food was. The hotel is also perfect for families, offering everything we needed to keep the kids happy and entertained. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway on the North Coast.

- The Executive Suite was very nice and spacious and the view was very nice and it overlooked the sea, the swimming pool and the whole hotel in general. - The restaurant had nice and varied food, especially dinner, and served very delicious oriental food. - The animation team is great and very fun and they put in a lot of effort to entertain people. I wish the hotel would provide them with more equipments in the theater, such as lighting and effects, because it would help to show their work much better. - The beach is great and sandy and the pools are very enjoyable.

- Cleanliness is good in the majority of the areas but more effort is needed. (ex. Toilets near the main restaurant) - Every thing in the kids area in the basement is for a charge even for just playing with the toys and coloring which is disappointing. Pool and Playstation prices are high. - No coffee/tea in the dinner buffet. - The parking has no shaded spaces. - There are broken seats at the theater.

I recently stayed at Tolip Resort in Alamein with my family, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The room service and valet service was outstanding, and the restaurant and kitchen team consistently delivered 7-star service, always ready to assist with a smile. We’re really loved the food. The beach was pristine, with crystal-clear waters, and the pools were equally inviting. I highly recommend Tolip Resort for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable vacation.
