Everyone is very nice always ready to serve you except the reception desk when I checked out at about 11:10 I asked reception desk name Ann about 10% service charge for what kind service. She even did not look what I showed her and said not knowing what agency gave this charged. I understand agency provided room rate but they can decide tax and service rate. Furthermore she didn't listen to me and insisted on not knowing what the service charge for. Finally I had to require to talk to her manager. She didn't answer my request looked not let me to talk her manager. After I insisted she asked me to sit . After 5 minutes later, she came up to me and tell me what was service fee for, but finally I still didn't see her manager.

Everything was perfect, the beds could've been more comfortable though!

Price of everything was too high compared to the services provided.

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. If you are thinking of staying here, just book your stay! Look no where else because this is the absolute best you’ll get in Abu Dhabi. Everything really does go beyond your expectations. The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to serve you. Complimentary tea and dates upon arrival. You get escorted to your room by the reception staff. We got a beautiful jar of pure honey upon check out too! There is everything in this hotel, you don’t even need to step out. We had buffet at vendome and it was purely divine. We were celebrating our honeymoon and my husbands birthday for which we got complimentary chocolate cake in our room with bouquet of roses, chocolate dipped strawberries and a box of chocolate covered dates. The staff at vendome gave us the most delicious slice of chocolate cake as well for my husbands birthday and the chefs came out to check on us too which was so sweet. There are free camel rides and paddle boarding and kayaking too. This hotel is truly a gem. Can’t wait to go again!!

We were initially worried that the place might feel a bit outdated, but the wonderful staff and good management make this hotel a beautiful and comfortable choice. Our stay was very enjoyable, and the breakfast is a dream. The hotel also offers interesting restaurant options, which we found practical.

While waiting for our car in the entrance lobby we saw a senior staff member loudly scolding a doorman for not smiling or greeting guests enough. The tone was harsh and the public setting left the young worker—whom we actually found attentive and professional—looking very embarrassed in front of colleagues and guests.

The EP is still a good place to be, this because of: > room size and style > quality of the restaurants > beach and pool areas > overall building experience > friendly staff

The EP is not the same now compared to the time under Kempinski management: > service and maintainance standard > lack of management attention > aggressiv sale of pool memberships to non hotel guests > it is a holiday location now, not a business or locals venue

An excellent hotel in a lovely location by the sea. We had a great room and the staff and restaurants were excellent.

There was a large wedding going on which was very loud. The majority of the time this was fine and we enjoyed seeing everything taking place however from our room the music was very loud with music coming from two different stages which was quite annoying. As they appeared to take over the whole hotel with some pool areas being closed we would have appreciated being informed about this before our arrival. However overall it really didn't impact our experience and we would recommend it to others.

Koffi from the east wing beach morning shift just made the difference for us in every aspect. The service in the most authentic, respectful way you can imagine. Very intuitive and intelligent person with unique personality making the difference. 1.3 km beach with maximum privacy you can get on earth with the most respectful service.

WiFi could be better but the venue and the property and the overall relaxed feeling just overcompensated everything. Maybe you should not be on your phone while being there 😃

I loved everything about the hotel and certain staff who attended to us made everything memorable. Friendly and very helpful staff from the moment I landed to check out. Shout out to the staff who made my stay a memorable one - Joseph (who greeted me upon my arrival with a huge genuine smile), Myria who helped with my check in and showed me to my room even a short history about the hotel, Sechin and Palel the two men who took turns guarding the entrance of the wing I stayed in with my boss. They both greeted us in the morning with smiles on their faces and small geninue greetings and chats when we head out and come back in. To the staff who cleaned our room everyday, thank you so much. Thank you all for your excellent service. Stayed for 7 nights and had a marvelous time there.

Everything, the free bikes to cycle round the grounds because it massive or u can walk or take a golf buggy The kids slides and pool were great Free ice lollies by the pool in the afternoon Food was amazing - we went half board and well worth it Service was excellent Room was amazing and they gave us an extra bed for my daughter no bother

All the birds around the outdoor restaurant area Sea life in the beach section , said there was a risk of jelly fish, sea snakes and other things so we never went to the beach
