Location is perfect. Everything is so close and we could fo most of sightseeing by foot. Breakfast is superb. Beds very nice to sleep. Little balcony very convenient. Reception stuff excellent - simply the best!

Unfortunately (I am simple and modest) room cleaning service was not up the standards. At least in our case. In 4 days nobody came to clean a room or look if something is missing. I had to go myself to get new set of towels from a lady after 3 days. One small soap for two persons was hardly enough as well. No hard feelings.... will get better for sure 😄.

Three of us stayed for one night at the hotel in order to run the city marathon. We were met by friendly, welcoming staff who were happy to help us as soon as we arrived. We found our room to be clean, modern and comfortable, exactly what we needed. After the race the staff allowed me to have a later checkout in order to have a shower which was greatly appreciated. My father and brother really enjoyed the tasty breakfast which was fantastic value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Barcelona for the above reasons and its location which is only a short walk to all the fantastic sites the city has to offer. Thank you Hotel Suizo.

1. The hotel is located at Gothic Quarter, which makes your commutes SOOO comfort, time saved. You can easily walk to the nearest sightseeings within 20 min. 2. The metro is right next to the hotel. 3. Sound isolation is normal, we still heard the noise outside, but it was okay, didn’t disturb as was mentioned in other visitors’ comments. Additionally, we travelled in January, so there were not a lot of tourists maybe in the summer it’s louder. 4. The room, bathroom, toilet were well equipped (no refrigerator) and clean.

Minor feedback because overall the hotel was great: the duvet was a little uncomfortable to use because of the poorly designed cover. It was hard to fit properly, and the duvet kept bunching up and twisting inside, making it very inconvenient.

Location fabulous! Staff friendly and breakfast good. Nice little balcony for people watching!

Small bathroom which smelt a little of sewage, thought it may be stagnant drains but continued to smell after using shower. Closed the door which was fine though, if we had been staying longer I would have asked to be moved. Beware room 214 has a large step up to it which some people may find tricky to navigate. No bar area but not a huge problem as plenty of places around to get a drink. Roadworks outside hotel which made hailing a taxi difficult but this is not the hotels fault.

The location was fabulous and very convenient. Situated very close to the Gothic quarters, the location had everything you could possibly ask for. Good restaurants and shopping options nearby. Metro station is right outside the hotel making travelling around very easy. Beds were comfortable although the room size could have been slightly bigger , however it was very clean.

There were construction works happening right outside tee hotel building which was a bit annoying during the day. The cafetaria staff could have been more friendly.

The room we got was better than seemed in the photos, it actualy had 2 bedrooms plus a small living room with a sofa. One of the reasons I picked this hotel is that it could assure separate beds (I was traveling with my son), but I didn't expect two bedrooms! This room can fit for a couple with a child as well. Room was made every day, staff was super friendly and efficient. Best location in Barcelona imo, and I've been in the city many times. Metro station right outside, although line 4 is not so useful for most tourist attractions, but it's a beautiful 10 minutes walk for lines 3 or 1. Many coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. Best value for money in bcn center, as far as I know.

Hotel Suizo is perfectly situated in the heart of Barcelona, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s well-known attractions. The central location made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.

Our room, #308, was very small and felt cramped for me and my 8-year-old daughter, especially with our luggage. There was also hardly any vanity counter space, which made it less comfortable, but we made it work.

The stay was really nice, we chose the hotel because of its location and it was perfect. The metro station is right outside, other lines are really easy to reach by walking 5-10 min. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom is a bit small but has everything necessary. The staff was very friendly and professional, we used the luggage deposit service on the last day, and it was really usefull.

We personally found the beds quite uncomfortable, the mattresses and the pillows were too soft for us, and it influenced the quality of sleep

Everything was great but I was not impressed with the fact that we were put in an attic room with no windows except of Velux in s high roof! Our first visit to Barcelona and no ability to have a look when relaxing after a flight and very long taxi trip from the airport. Room was very small but had exciting we needed and very clean. But I hope they charge more for rims with normal winded as this one was expensive and felt claustrophobic.
