Location

Very small room and very dark

I was in the hotel for the second time, I knew what I was getting into. The hotel complied with my request (choosing where I want to sleep). Overall, the staff is helpful, which I really appreciate.

The only detail that bothered me was that: the pillowcases came off by themselves during the night because the edges are not secured with buttons or zippers. Which I thought was mildly unsanitary. I would be happy if hotel could sort it out.

The location of this hotel is amazing, it is a round big tour, and I think all rooms have a look on the street, which is a very alive street, you can see all the tourist walking, also it has a look on placa universitat ( University Square) my only concern, windows (I had two windows) cannot be open, they are without a handle so they cannot be open at all, maybe they are afraid that someone might fall? but still they are large windows and very nice and show the sun

As probably for security reasons windows cannot totally be open, this means you cannot have fresh air inside the room unless you open the room,

Location - bang opposite to metro station, city center, availability of restaurants for all essentials. The rooms are small, of you want an individual then take the double bed room good however craped. if you are 2 then take the larger room. The people from hotel are very friendly and supportive. they walked the extra mile to support upgrade the room. once upgraded it was perfect.

the breakfast is same every day, if you are staying long term then you will be bored. also the selections are very minimal. no egg station or anything to eat which is warm.

It was in a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Carmen and her day time counterpart (I did not get his name) were both fantastic!

I wish the AC had been a bit colder during the day but it felt good in the evenings when I was sleeping. That being said, there is a heat wave right now and I’m an American used to the AC blasting, so take that with a grain of salt.

It's the perfect location for everyone visiting Barcelona. You get out of the hotel and you can walk right into the Universitat Metro station. The Plaça Catalunya is a walking distance, too. The beds are very comfortable, the hotel is clean, very well maintained. The towels are changed every day. Very helpful and kind staff. They assisted us in every possible way.

The only thing we missed was the lack of a fridge in the room. May a chair or two in the rooms will do a good job.

Staying in the deluxe room was very nice. The location is great, many museums, shops and restaurants are very close by. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was very big. Thick dark curtains for a good sleep. Lockers available for 2 eur/day.

The wifi was a bit slow. It was possible to hear people in the corridor.

The room was good, and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The receptionists are not welcoming, it would be helpful to provide them with training. In fact, neither receptionist seemed to like being asked questions. This may just be my personal observation.

Very good location of the hotel, you can walk to all the tourist attractions. The room and bathroom are spacious. One mirror outside was missing—there is enough space to put one on the wall. It would also be nice to have an armchair.

Location is at the center of the city. Easy access to transport and commercial establishments are just around the corners.

Considering its in the middle of the road the noise is inevitable.
