The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient base for exploring Barcelona. The rooms and facilities are clean, and the breakfast is satisfying. What truly stands out, however, is the staff—they are incredibly helpful and attentive, in particular Borja, , ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

While the overall experience was positive, I was disappointed that the hotel does not provide a kettle in the room. Additionally, only one bottle of water was supplied in a double room, which felt insufficient for two guests.

Very good location one block away from the Gran Via, easy to walk to and within a short taxi ride to Barcelona's best sites, attractions, and nightlife.

Breakfast staff just a bit... brash. Especially for a guest just waking up and not having had a coffee yet. Gentler please :). Front desk staff very attentive and helpful.

Very central location, close to airport expressbus and public transport. We had a quiet room to the back. Breakfast was good, everyday a bottle of water in the room. Big and comfy beds. Also good outside brunch options nearby.

City tax is to be paid on arrival, though, booking.com states all taxes are paid. Not a dislike just a FYI for fellow travellers. I guess it's more a booking.com issue than a hotel issue as this has already happened in many other places before.

Stayed here for 3 nights; you will pay about 55-60 Euros to reach here from BCN. The location was great; 3 minute walk to Urgell Metro Station; nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, but could have used a waffle maker. Room was spacious enough; we had a superior room (#102) and actually had an enclosed outside sitting area - BIG BONUS! Bathroom was good. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Reception area was inviting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, really. The water main shut-off one day was an inconvenience (not sure why that happened), but certainly was not a deal breaker for us.

The location was good, close to metro stations, bus stations and walking distance to Plaza España and Plaza Catalunya. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom as well. The bathroom was equipped with all the amenities. We appreciated a lot being welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, apples, coffee and a bottle of water. They also left a new bottle of water in the room everyday, when they serviced the room. The breakfast was good, different options everyday, so we did not get bored. Hot water at the shower, good heating system in the room, great mattress (for our taste), huge bed! We loved the grapes they left in our room on New Year's Eve, very thoughtful! A great advantage for storing the luggage before check-in/after check-out!! Staff was very kind and helpful!

The main issue we had was the lack of a toilet brush in the bathroom, it was quite unpleasant. Also, the ventilation in the bathroom was not very good, it took a long time for the steam resulted in a shower to cool off. In addition to this, the window in the room could not be wide open (we understand the safety reason), so it made refreshing the air in the room quite difficult as well. A second issue we had was the outdated TV. I know that most people coming to visit Barcelona don't waste time watching TV in the room, but for us (we stayed at the hotel for 12 nights) it would have been a great plus to have a better TV to watch Netflix. We did, however, manage to connect Youtube and to share content from our phone, using the Smart View feature.

-the location was great. A lot of good places to eat nearby. Also almost everything in walking distance. The metro station is also 5 minutes away -the staff was really nice and helpful -the room was cozy -the bed was really confortable -booking the option with the breakfast was a game changer. Really tasty Overall a really really good price value for what you get, we are really happy with our 3 nights in this hotel

-the walls are thin so you hear a lot of what s going on on the floor, especially the doors getting slammed. Thankfully our neighbors were most of the time really quiet - in one morning we got woken up at 8:30 by the cleaning lady only to be asked if we wanted room service. Not necessary to be fair :)

The hotel was lovely located 15 min from La Rambla. Condition was great, our bedroom was big and clean, the wardrobe was also very big and nice which usually never happens, and the bathroom as well. Very big towels were highly appreciated. Welcome water and slippers made everything more special. Our bathroom sink didn’t properly drain on the day of our arrival but once we said that to reception it was promptly fixed. Nice service and lovely breakfast. Would recommend.

The only downside is that there were 2 USB plugs near one side of the bed and both were broken so had to charge devices elsewhere.

Nice cozy hotel in the very center - location is very convenient for walking to the most landmarks, also the public transport and bus from the airport is pretty close. The staff is friendly, they helped us with the kettle and printing tickets for the concert and everything we needed. The breakfast is ok, good to save the time but nothing special. Room is nice and clean, we had cleaning every day. The street is quite noisy but with the closed window it’s quiet. Beds are really comfortable and coffeemechine in the room is perfect. The bathroom is absolutely clean though will be small for a big person.

We loved basically everything here! No noise problems as others had described in their reviews. We were at the end of the hall on the 4th floor tho, maybe that helped. Also the bed was huge and so comfy, aircon was great, daily cleaning service, all good! Also a lot of bathroom utilities, from toothbrush, vanity stuff, shaving stuff etc. Tbf I would bring your own shower gel/shampoo. Did not like the smell of those but that’s personal ofcourse!

Television wasn’t working, at least not with regular channels nor Netflix or whatever, that was a bit of a bummer as we at times like to watch something before we go to bed. Also bath/shower was tiny.

It may be misleading as a name (Leonardo is not situated on Gran Via but close to it) but that is the only thing that I could fault the hotel with. The ratio comfort/price is good. I had a double bed all to myself, very comfortable, in a room on the third floor. Very quiet and good insulation, I did not hear noise either from the street or the adjoining rooms. Bathroom also working fine. Breakfast was rich and in an adequate variety, with a very delightful maitre d' who tried to speak to everyone in their native language and make entertaining conversation. Staff was also very helpful and polite. Excelent neighborhood, some stores around. I had a splendid stay, in a magnificent city with very nice, accommodating people.
