We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family of 4. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions ( 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral) with lots of dining options nearby. Even though we stayed during the busiest time of the year ( Easter weekend) the apartment was always quiet. The staff is very polite and willing to help.

Even though the apartment had a washer and dryer in unit , the dryer wasn’t working properly and had to borrow a drying rack from the front desk.

I personally love the hotel’s location as it’s away from the busy tourist streets and restaurants, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep. At the same time, it’s close to Seville’s famous shopping streets. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and the check-in and check-out process is super easy—you receive a code via email. Our visit was in winter, so I’d like to mention that the water in the shower was hot and perfect.

The apartment was cold, and the bed covers were not warm enough.

Check in was online and to unlock the doors we used the online system from our phones. This was easy but it meant we had to ensure we still had battery left on our phone at the end of the day so we could still get in the building! The apartment was beautiful. Great for self catering. Nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night time. Location was great. Right on the edge of the old town but within walking distance to the bus station which was useful for the airport bus. There are a few bars and cafes nearby too and places that serve breakfast or brunch. Loved the pool area. It was busy on the hot days in the afternoons but there's still enough space for everyone to enjoy it. Half of the loungers are in the shade under the canopy and half are in the sun. Nice sunset from the pool roof terrace.

The kitchen needed a tea towel and a pair of oven gloves. The cleaners could be noisy during the mornings.

The appartement was a great stay for us, we stayed her with 4 friends and it has enough space for the 4 of us and all the facilities we could have asked for. Also the location is good, near the centre, supermarkt and plenty of shops nearby and easy to take a taxi. The street is also quiet, so no loud noices outside.

The appartement only had airconditioning on the top floor bedroom, it's probably the most hottest place in the appartement. But I was expecting also to have an airconditioning in the livingroom area near the other 2 bedrooms.

Spacious apartment. Good location 10 minutes walk from bus station and 30 minutes walk to the main attractions. Nice kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine , fridge / freezer and hot plate. Pots pans and crockery enough for 4 people. . One double bed and two single beds so apartment was suitable for a family of 4.

Some noise from street during the night. No tea towels for drying dishes. Reception was closed when we arrived at 1730 and had to go to sister hotel a couple of streets away to check in

We definitely got an upgrade to our apartment. Instead of a simple 2 bedroom, we got a 3 bedroom with an extra huge balcony! The property is super beautiful, is true that the pool is not huge but in our case there were just 2 people sitting on the border of the pool so we could enjoy the pool as we wanted! (The pool is not heated). We were able to leave parked our car for some hour more for free.

The sliding door are not well made. Like the one of the toilet, it was always a fight to close it. It was very difficult to move it to close it. Position is in the old center, if you keep in mind you have to walk around 20 min to the main center, is good!

Great location, comfortable apartment. We went in April when the weather wasn’t as hot but I feel the way it is built it would provide great shade and rest from the scorching heat in the summer. Definitely will book again.

For me the kitchen, even though it was large with full size fridge and freezer and great 4 ring hob and combined even with microwave didn’t have much when it came to equipment like knives and other equipment for more involved cooking.

We really loved this apartment! It was clean and comfortable, with lots of space. For an apartment building, it was great to have a reception with actual people to talk to. The staff was lovely and helpful. We were able to park in the property’s garage without problem, at an extra fee. The location of the property was great, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. There were lifts to help with bringing the luggage to the first floor, where our apartment was. Despite being a building with many apartments, there was no noise and everything was quiet and respectful.

Nothing much comes to mind, we really loved our stay here. The only minor point would be the size of the pool on the rooftop, which was tiny and not all that clean.

It is a good apartment close to the city center, enough space and very nice is your own private terrace on the second floor. You can leave your car in the private parking but in the area you can also park for free (ask the reception). We had good luck and found a place on the street.

We choose this aparment for the small pool on the roof, but it was still close (and the advertisment said it would be open). This was in march. I do believe it would be too cold anyway.

Very nice apartment, very close to the principal monuments, everything was walkable even with a 3 year old. Very good for families, with two separated bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms.

We found some hair in different areas of the department, nothing too bad, bud we must to clean before take our stuff outside. The stairs were not small kids friendly. When we did the checkout we call and sended messages several times to ask if they have a place to keep the luggage, but they never replied, hopefully very close was a looker.
