Amazing pool on rooftop! Great location. Clean apartment, all facities where good enough! I wish you have had more supportive stuff service or call service and this place could be amazing!

So bad customer service! All should be remote- we arrived at location during a day- codes not working, no one at reception and no one is answering support line mobile! After long tries and multiple no answer calls, finally someone responded on whatsapp with nonsense explanation- we had to go to different hotel for key pici up (with kids and luggage) because "remote codes" are not working today! Well, they could inform us before we parked and brought all stuff to the doors! We stayed for 2 nights, on second day again rekote codes did not worked as application failed - you are going from pool to room and just can not access and again you are calling them for 20minutes with no answer, after someone finally replies you again have to go for another hotel to pick up key card in wet swimsuit.

The apartment was very spacious, perfect for our group and had lots of lovely facilities like a coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer etc. The property is in a great location for exploring Seville, everything is within walking distance and there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby and a shop right across the road. We liked the option of the pool even though it was being cleaned the first day we arrived which limited when we could use it. It was great to have a dip though especially in such heat! When we arrived our room was ready early and the staff were very kind and helpful.

There is a distinct damp smell in the apartment which should be looked into.

We loved the property it had 3 bedrooms which was great coz I went with 2 girlfriends so we had a room each. The bathroom had a lovely hot shower. There was air conditioning in which worked really well. There was a roof terrace with a shade over so we could sit out on our own terrace. It had a fully functioning kitchen. The location was within 5 mins walk of restaurants and shops and tourist locations. The staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Although there were a number of apartments in the complex it was really quiet.

We loved all of it, there was nothing we weren’t happy with.

Check in was from 5 which I thought was a bit late but we were able to check in at 3 when we arrived. The guy on reception was really helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant which we ate in that night and the food was beautiful. Apartment was lovely, air con was great. Nice to have the pool although it is small and can be busy but nice for a dip to cool down in the heat! Apartment was in a nice area and lots of nice restaurants and shops close by.

When we returned in the evening our key card didn't work. Luckily someone else was arriving back at the same time and they had a whatsapp number to call and somebody arrived then to let us in. We were only staying one night so we didn't need to use the key card again so I'm not sure if this would've continued to be an issue.

Once we found the parking garage (which was a bit tricky with sat nav directions!) it was simple to check in and collect the key from the reception. The welcome was friendly and we got to get into the apartment earlier than the check in time so we could freshen up before going into the city to explore. The apartment is HUGE and has an amazing large terrace up a set of spiral stairs. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine and a washing machine so we went home with all clean clothes. The rooms were airy and light, and the location was superb.

Unfortunately the key stopped working so when we came back from a day of exploring we were stranded outside of the apartment and the reception closes at 6pm. Luckily a lady came from the other location for us and let us in with a key but it meant we had to let her know when we were leaving for dinner and returning so she could come and let us in again - not ideal but she made sure she was available which was really helpful. There were a couple of stains on the bed linen so we took pictures to ensure they knew they were there before we arrived. The pool on the terrace is small and unheated, but we did manage to use it for a short period of time one evening. The property was really hard to find but once we found it, it was fine

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family of 4. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions ( 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral) with lots of dining options nearby. Even though we stayed during the busiest time of the year ( Easter weekend) the apartment was always quiet. The staff is very polite and willing to help.

Even though the apartment had a washer and dryer in unit , the dryer wasn’t working properly and had to borrow a drying rack from the front desk.

I personally love the hotel’s location as it’s away from the busy tourist streets and restaurants, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep. At the same time, it’s close to Seville’s famous shopping streets. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and the check-in and check-out process is super easy—you receive a code via email. Our visit was in winter, so I’d like to mention that the water in the shower was hot and perfect.

The apartment was cold, and the bed covers were not warm enough.

Check in was online and to unlock the doors we used the online system from our phones. This was easy but it meant we had to ensure we still had battery left on our phone at the end of the day so we could still get in the building! The apartment was beautiful. Great for self catering. Nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night time. Location was great. Right on the edge of the old town but within walking distance to the bus station which was useful for the airport bus. There are a few bars and cafes nearby too and places that serve breakfast or brunch. Loved the pool area. It was busy on the hot days in the afternoons but there's still enough space for everyone to enjoy it. Half of the loungers are in the shade under the canopy and half are in the sun. Nice sunset from the pool roof terrace.

The kitchen needed a tea towel and a pair of oven gloves. The cleaners could be noisy during the mornings.

Spacious apartment. Good location 10 minutes walk from bus station and 30 minutes walk to the main attractions. Nice kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine , fridge / freezer and hot plate. Pots pans and crockery enough for 4 people. . One double bed and two single beds so apartment was suitable for a family of 4.

Some noise from street during the night. No tea towels for drying dishes. Reception was closed when we arrived at 1730 and had to go to sister hotel a couple of streets away to check in

The appartement was a great stay for us, we stayed her with 4 friends and it has enough space for the 4 of us and all the facilities we could have asked for. Also the location is good, near the centre, supermarkt and plenty of shops nearby and easy to take a taxi. The street is also quiet, so no loud noices outside.

The appartement only had airconditioning on the top floor bedroom, it's probably the most hottest place in the appartement. But I was expecting also to have an airconditioning in the livingroom area near the other 2 bedrooms.
