The location to the venue and the price

The elevator looked like a Tasmanian devil got loose in there. The paint was peeling from the walls of the elevator, and literally in the floor, the ceiling had spider webs and bugs visible in the lights and in between the cracks of the ceiling. Water was running all on the ground near the elevator ice machine not working and looked unsatized. There was a plate of someone's breakfast food left in the room from a previous stay. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the phone didn't work in the room.

Everything was fine except the items noted below

The air/heater is located FAR TOO HIGH, especially for a handicapped accessible room. I could not see the control buttons to adjust the temperature properly... I certainly couldn't climb on a chair to see the controls that is POOR PLANNING! Also...advertised as free wifi... but was never able to log in...even after clarifying with front desk staff. If a separate account is used for guests, it is obviously not available all over the property. This should be addressed IMMEDIATELY.

I believe the customer service rep that was working Saturday 11, name was Nicole, and she was absolutely amazing! She was overwhelmed with the parking for the Gabriel inglesas concert, and people wanting to check in, but was so polite, sweet and helpful despite everything. She was honestly my fav part about staying here. I just wanted to give her another thank you!

Breakfast was very good and the bed super comfortable. I loved your location. I was able to walk around the Historic district!

I found getting into the door with my key very difficult and needed much assistance from Desk lady. There were a few ants in bathroom. It’s ok as there were only a few.

The Staff. They were very professional and helpful in what way they could assist.

The rooms are not the same as pictured. The cleanliness of the room was ok but the toilet was horrible and shower walls were not cleaned and the walls in the room made the room look bad but everything else was acceptable.

Pam at breakfast was a happy, friendly, helpful greeter. She made sure everything was right and we had everything we needed. She was the best part of the stay, making our morning joyful.😄

The room was nice but needed a good cleaning or maybe painting on doors.

Shantel, Latisa and Konya addressed whatever issues we had and made us very comfortable.

The first room we got had no hot water and a bad smell and we were moved to another room. The area was kind of noisy due to location near I-10. The coffee machine and juice machine were out of order but Latisa made coffee and delivered it to my spouse, perfect!

Great vibe!! Has beautiful New Orleans French quarter style

don’t worry about the paid parking thing, it’s free for guests…

The condition the building was well kept and looked very good considering the hotels age.

Dirty in the common stairway. Also my room 212 had something’s that could be repaired or updated. Like door hinge, toilet water pressure, paint peeling on ceiling. But even with these areas for Improvement, I’m still wowed at how modern and clean the room décor was.

The pool the staff was friendly room was clean

Tv only had a few channels and was really fuzzy half the outlets didn’t work the door was held shut by one screw the henge was hanging off the elevators didn’t work had to take the stairs every time
